SharePoint Properties acceess from OneDrive app
We are Sync the SharePoint online libraries in our desktop computer using OneDrive app. Is there any possible to change the SharePoint document library properties from this OneDrive window. Example: we have status column, needs to change this column value from OneDrive Desktop app. Is this possible?SharePoint Cascade not working modern pages
We are using SharePoint online and designed with Modern UI pages. we would like to create the Cascade relation list in our site. so we used to create the cascade list using following example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BaqoA9IDlC8 This is working fine in Classic SharePoint mode. If we switch to Modern page it is not working. How can we create Cascade list for SharePoint Modern UI pages.Update Profile issues
In our SharePoint online User Profile not updated properly. We updated all of our SharePoint user profile in administrator user profile area. but its not properly updated for all users. some user not shown the Job title, email phone number. It show different for each users. But we updated all the fields in our user profile. Why this happen? where we need to update user profile properly?External user document library issues
In our SharePoint online site Document library has 10 documents. Also we have added a External user, in this external user has "Contribute" permission level. He can access this document library but access only 5 documents. I am not sure why this external user cannot access another 5 document. Where we have made the mistake?Re: Access denied. Thanks, I found the solutions In other site list value picked from this list using lookup field there is no permission for this user. so i provided the permission to source value list and solved the problemOffice 365 Global Address Book Sync to SharePoint Contact List
In our SharePoint online we have default contact list. In this list can we Sync the data from Office 365 Global Address book? Our Target is we have maintain the customer list in our office 365 Exchange Admin center contact, all of these customer list Sync to our SharePoint address book. If we Sync the global contacts to our SharePoint they can also access the SharePoint site?External user email login issues
We have created the External users in our SharePoint Online using following gmail and custom domain emails: 1. xyz@gmail.com 2. xx@xyz.com All these external user don't have office 365 account. If we send the request it will ask to create Microsoft office 365 account or create the Microsoft public email account (ex: hotmail, live, outlook). My Question is, they cannot access with Gmail or own domain email?Access denied. You do not have permission to perform this action or access this resource.
We are added the external user in our SharePoint online particular site. Also we provided the "Contribute" permission for that external user. The external user can access those site but they cannot access the list and libraries. if they tried it will be show the following errors. How to solve this issues?
