Copilot Studio confusion about internal vs external access
We want to make a customized Copilot for employees that uses data on our Sharepoint. When going through the Studio (Generative AI panel) it warns that by proceeding we are allowing our data to go outside our tenant. What does this mean? How do we make an internal only Copilot that uses our documents but respects Sharepoint permissions?How To have repeatable business processes in Planner - Employee Onboarding
We are looking for a way to have repeatable checklists or business processes in Teams/Planner. For example, for each employee onboarding there is a pre-employment checklist, a Day 1 checklist, and a follow up checklist. We would like standardized templates of tasks with assignments and be able to copy the template for new employee X. * we have looked at creating a template Teams and using Power Automate, but it was kludgy * we are currently looking at Asana but want it to be Teams bases * we are considering other third party tools like Monday.com Employee onboarding is one process, we have 20-30 more that we could do. What are people using for this? Planner-native or third party tools? Do any third party tools play nice with Planner/ToDo? I also say the thread on "Copying a Bucket" which could be an option if ever implemented. Rob.iOS natural language processing is not that helpful
I was using To Do on my iPad which I sometimes do and realized that it was doing some NLP. But instead of converting it, it makes little pop up buttons. I am typing on my keyboard so i have to stop and click/touch on the suggested buttons. It does not really save any time vs. just manually adding a date. This is a FAIL as implemented on iOS, I am not sure how it works on Windows. None on Mac or web. Have others tried it on iPhone or iPad?Tips for To Do - share yours here
I think many of us have a love hate relationship with To Do. It has great features yet big gaps on basic things. The Product Owner or Microsoft team seem to rarely if ever come to this forum. I don't know why MSFT is so bad at fostering relationships with people that use and advocate for their products. Having said that we can help each other out and post Tips and Tricks here.
