Allowing an outside email domain through the phishing filter
Good afternoon. I have been looking all over the internet and can not seem to be able to locate an answer for this. I need to allow an email domain through our phishing filter. Morning, my credit union recently switched to Office 365. We have recently noticed an issue with employees accessing their emails via their mobile devices. Only a certain group of employees are able to do pre Office 365 conversion. We have disabled Exchange Active Sync for my account on the Admin site. Yet I am still able to access Outlook via my phone. Is there a way to let the contains of a subject line to pass through the spam filter? I know you are whitelist domains and emails. Morning, I have a few co workers that keep on having the same issue. Outlook notifications will stop working. I will remove mail profiles and they work for a while. I am setting a laptop for a new user. I get all the way to the screen where it tells you that you need to set up a fingerprint, face ID, or pin. I put in the verification code from the user. I have tried quick repair, online repair, rebuild her profile, and open outlook in safe mode. I looked for the Scan PST file but could not locate the Office folder under program data x86. Morning, I have been dealing with an issue with Outlook on one PC for a while. When users try to sign into Outlook, Outlook will freeze up on the loading profile screen. I have tried to reinstall Office 365, open in safe mode, and do scanpst. Also, this problem will also occur when trying to open Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. It was brought to my attention that a few co workers is having an issue with calendars loading very slow. They say that is can take up to 3 minutes to load a calendar. I am wondering if the amount of things in a calendar would affect the load time. I have a user that is using an external camera for Teams. She will be able join the meeting no problem. However, 10-15 minutes into the meeting, her video will freeze up. She unplugs the camera and plugs it back in, that will work for about 10-15 minutes also. Audio is fine, everyone can hear her and she can hear them. Morning, I would like to know how to disable the feature where a Plantronics 5200 ear piece will open up Teams when pressing the call button. We are using Ring Central and when I press the call button to answer the call, it will open up Teams and not answer the call. Wondering if it is a setting I can change or not.
