Can't upload
We have upped our storage space, but are still getting a message: "You can't upload this video because your tenant's storage quote has been exceeded". The video is only 3GB. Any ideas how to fix this? Also wondering if there is a maximum file size, and/or recc's on how to prepare HD files for upload. Can stream handle ProRes files, or do they need to be more compressed, in something like H264? Thank you.Upload large files
We're new to Microsoft Stream, working on creating a video database, but having problems with upload speed. We have videos in HD (1920 x 1080), and 4k, and have decided 4k is too much for Stream to handle. For those posting HD videos, which codec do you use - H264, or Pro-Res? Are there requirements within Microsoft Stream, other than codecs that save space and thus speed up uploads?
