This is a really great start. Any plans to allow administration of other settings? Some that I have seen from various customers are to change the phone number that an AA is forwarding calls to and changing business hours for CQs.Re: Call Queue - Who Answered the call
Stanislaw_Koltschin I turned on "Conference Mode" but now I'm facing a different issue: users can see calls answered by other agents, but they see all calls with their own name -- as if they have answered all these calls. pgilbertson , the tab will only show up in the Windows and Mac client. Hi ChrisWebbTech, According to the https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-add-in-for-outlook the add-in should work with Office 2010: The Teams Meeting add-in is automatically installed for users who have Microsoft Teams and either Office 2010, Office 2013 or Office 2016 installed on their Windows PC. Users will see the Teams Meeting add-in on the Outlook Calendar ribbon. I'm currently testing with my customer without success 😞38KViews0likes4Comments
