Copilot for Word
Hi There, I've been playing around with Copilot for Microsoft 365 for quite sometime and I just have a quick question in regards to Copilot for Microsoft 365. Lets say I'm using Copilot for word and I ask Copilot to create a document for me and I review it and I click on regenerate because I'm not happy about the result that it created. So, my question is how many times can I ask Copilot to create new document for me? Is there a limit for that? For instance, I can click on it for 5 times and it will give me a different content everytime and beyond that it will return back to content which it created for me the first time. So, please let me know the limit here.Copilot for Word

Hi There, I'm trying to setup a Conditional Access App control policy in my tenant using MCAS and I'm unable to do so because I'm constantly receiving this connection error ( see screenshot below) for Microsoft 365. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong and what's wrong with my tenant but I'm unable to get rid of this error. Any help would be highly appreciated. I have a Microsoft 365 E5 license in my tenant and all the users have been given the same license. Because of this error I'm not able to onboard the Microsoft 365 app to Conditional Access App control and hence when I got to the policy management to create an access policy or session policy I end up getting the below mentioned error.Mail Flow Rule - Send reminder notifications for email approvers
Hi There, We have a requirement from the business where every email sent to an external domain with attachments should be approved by a list of approvers. We configured a mail flow rule for this and its working as expected. However, if the approver fails to respond within one day a reminder notification should be sent to the approvers and I'd like to know how this can be achieved. The current exchange online default setting doesn't do that because the job that runs on the tenant level runs once in every 7 days and hence it takes anywhere bewteen 2 to 7 days to send the reminder notification as a result of which the reminder notification is not sent to the approvers after one day. How, can we get around this issue? Here's the link to official documentation from Microsoft and this is what it says, 1. If any of the approval requests aren't approved within the expiration time (two days for Exchange Online), the sender receives an expiration message. 2. The processing of expired moderated messages runs every seven days. Hi All, So, I've been playing around with the MTO feature in my test tenant and I'm having tough time in getting the expected behaviour in MS Teams and hence this question. As documented by MS, I have setup the MTO and I'm able to see the shared users as a members on the other tenants and I'm also able to do the people search as expected and it does show the contact card with limited attributes.So, this is all fine. Now, when it comes to MS Teams, am I supposed to enable B2B direct connect on all the tenants by going to the External identities section in the Entra ID page or is that not needed and just having MTO setup with users shared will allow to have seamless 1:1 chat, channel conversations and document collaboration ? This is not clear to me and I'm not finding any proper documentation on this. So, this is what I did and none of them gave me the expected result... 1. I just enabled the MTO and shared the users across tenants (without enabling B2B direct connect on Entra ID) and tried to have a chat conversation and tried other MS Teams functionalities and it didn't work. 2. I did set up the B2B direct connect which in return enabled the shared channels feature in MS Teams and still I'm not able to have any chat or other functionalities with these users in MS Teams. So, my question here is, 1. Am I supposed to enable B2B direct connect to get the expected behaviour in MS Teams or is that not needed and I should be able to get things working just with the MTO setup? 2. What's the expected license all the users in my tenant should have to make use of the MTO feature?M365 Copilot - EAP vs GA
Hi there, I'd like to know what's Microsoft's plan for the EAP customers who have already been using the product for quite some time now. Now, that Microsoft has made an announcement that the product will go to GA from November onwards we'd like to know what's the difference between these two versions. We are an EAP customer, and we'd like to know whether we'd be on an early release version as opposed to the GA customers or what's exactly Microsoft's plan for the EAP customers and how are they going to be differentiated from the GA customers.Personal data deletion of an employee who has left the organization few years back
Hi There, We have got a request from the DPO to delete all the personal data of an employee who has left the organization 3 years back. Now the definition of personal data as mentioned by the DPO is anything which helps to identify that user ( i.e., first name and second name , email address etc ) . Now, we did perform a search across all M365 apps, and we found some documents in SPO which been authored and co-authored by this user and even though these are organization's IP we would like to remove the username metadata that's attached to these files so that his/her name doesn’t show up anywhere in Microsoft 365. So, now my question is, which exact tool in MS Purview can I use for this scenario ? Would it be eDiscovery premium ? Even if it helps to identify and export all the data, I don't think I can perform any deletion on those data’s using eDiscovery premium , right ? So, which exact tool in Microsoft Purview can help me with this scenario and how are organizations currently dealing with such requests ?Uses cases for M365 Copilot

Hi All, I have a query regarding Azure AD Dynamic Security Group creation and would like to get some advise from this forum. I want to create an Azure AD Dynamic Security Group which should include all the members in the tenant and at the same time it should also exclude the members from a specific Azure AD security group in the tenant from becoming a member of that Dynamic Security Group . So, basically it has to do inclusion as well as exclusion at the same time and I'm not able to come up with the right syntax to do this. Hi , I would like to know if we can sync an Office 365 groups document library with OneDrive for business client . A customer of mine is able to successfully sync a document library from a SharePoint Online site to his OneDrive for business client .However, he's not able to do the same with a document library from an Office 365 group which he's a part of .When he attempts do so he gets an error message stating that he needs to upgrade his One Drive for Business client despite of him running the latest version in his PC .Please check and let me know .Access missing in Office 365 E3
Hi , We have Office 365 E3 license which involves Office Profesional plus and we have noticed that Access service is missing . It's not available in the Pro Plus client as well as in Office Online . Any idea why ? It doesn't show up under the list of products available in E3 when I'm assigning a license to a user .Difference in the OneDrive for Business usage reports ....
Hi , I pulled the usage reports for OneDrive for business from the admin center and I see a difference in the user count for OneDrive user activity when compared to the OneDrive usage activity . Any idea why ? Shouldn't these reports reflect the same number of user counts . I understand that the refresh date for the reports are not very instant but I guess atleast the user count should remain identical . Please check and let me know .When should I update the Office 365 IP addresses in our network firewall ?
Hi , I understand that Microsoft releases the IP addresses for all the Office 365 services and that information can be viewed from the below mentioned URL . I would like to know when exactly am I supposed to make this change in the firewalls ? The effective date has been given for all the changes in the IP addresses , so am I supposed to make the change on the day before the effective date or what's the strategy behind this ? The approach that we have decided is to remove all the existing IP addresses in the firewall groups and replace them with the new set of IP addresses released by MS . Is that the right approach to follow ? Hi , I'd like to know how many directories can an Azure subscription have ? The way I see this is , we can have only one AAD directory where the user identities are stored and you can use that to access the resources which is tied to that subscription .Is my understanding correct or am I missing something here ? Hi All, I'm currently working on a Tenant-to-tenant migration scenario and I'm looking for some suggestions, ideas or if possible a PowerShell script which can help me achieve this... Company A has purchased Company B and now as a part of this M&A we need to migrate all the M365 workloads from Company B's tenant to Company A. Now ,in the past Company A and Company B used to work in close collaboration with each other and a result of that Company A users have invited a lot of users from Company B as a guest . So, is there a way to match a guest user from Company B to his corresponding migrated Azure AD user account in Company A and replace all the existing memberships with the new Azure AD user account ? We want to ensure that the group membership and all the other different memberships which the guest user had in the past gets replaced with his corresponding new Azure AD user account in the target . So, to put in simple words is there a way to replace a guest user account with a new Azure AD user account and ensure that all the existing memberships remains intact. If yes, how can that be achieved?
