Re: High CPU Usage caused by MSN NTP Service Worker.
BaSsGaz I'm on Mac OS and experiencing the same thing. CPU is ramped and it's making Edge pretty un-useable today. Submitted a report and crossing my fingers this gets fixed... edit: tried the above idea of disabling the preload new tab experience....did nothing, the service is still going nuts at times2.8KViews0likes0CommentsGoogle images appears broken
Just reporting this, but Google Images search results appears broken across the board. Tested on primary, Dev, and Canary and results are the same. First click loads forever, subsequent clicks may produce an image previous, but the preview itself is broken.2.4KViews2likes5CommentsRe: Dev channel update to 84.0.516.1 is live
josh_bodner Noticed in this version of dev the old behavior where hitting ESC while in full-screen mode on MacOS takes the user out of full screen mode. Ie, having a finder prompt (like uploading a file) or a web popup, want to cancel...hit esc...removed from full screen This was changed/fixed in a version way way back, hope this isn't being pushed to the final build3.3KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Would any GPU flags help my workload's performance?
thanks, giving the suggested a shot (though not sure how to really A/B test, either way..) I've got a i7 6-core cpu and a [Radeon Pro 555X 4 GB] so mostly hoping to hand as much of the workload to the GPU as possible since at the moment Edge really chokes up when I have a bunch of tabs going and volume picks up (and nothing is graphically demanding in this scenario)16KViews0likes0CommentsWould any GPU flags help my workload's performance?
Hey, quick question I use a lot of web-based stock market charting sites, which involves lots of tabs with charts rendering and lots of live data coming in. Would any flags related to the GPU help my performance? (or any other flags) Should I leave it all default?17KViews0likes2Comments
