Thanks Brett_Carpenter, that's very helpful. I think/guess that tab was set up as a website with a link to the group calendar. I think that setup will work as long as users are mindful of what calendars they have turned on or are using when they create a new event. Hi Brett_Carpenter, can I ask how you are using Group Calendar's in Teams? Is this via a 'website' tab with a link to the group calendar? I find this a little unclear as it will display any of the other calendars each user has access to and currently turned on. This makes the view unclear and easy for uses to add content to the wrong calendar etc. It would be very helpful to have a simple/clean view of 1 specific calendar only, which ideally could be viewed in a work-week/month view, so it displays the same information for everyone. Note, this would be very helpful for SharePoint as well instead of the current list type views available with the 'events' or 'group calendar' web parts.40KViews0likes3CommentsPage vs Image Scaling
I would like to use an image as the background for an excel sheet. This is to form the cover page of the workbook. I have inserted an image as fill within a text box and given the text box/image the same dimensions as a standard A4 page. I then reduced the page margins to 0mm (I appreciate a standard printer cannot print with 0mm margins but lets put that issue aside for now). When I view the sheet in print preview with scaling set to 'No Scaling' the image does not fit on the page by quite some way. The image appears to be too wide but it is about the right height. If I set scaling to 'Fit Sheet on One Page' the scale appears to be off again with the image now the correct width but approx. 5cm too short. The page size is set to A4. Hi, I remember viewing a MS Teams video recently where the presenter demonstrated an IT Helpdesk type case management feature, directly within chat but I cannot find it again now. Could anyone advise me on what this service/app might be? For example, they demonstrated a scenario where a user would post a question in chat and then a member of the support team could then select that chat and assign it to themselves, so others knew they were working on. In addition, I *think* the same video also demonstrated an AI feature that could provide automatic responses to common questions. I know these were features within Teams, and they didn't feel like a 3rd party service/add in, so I am really keen to find out what it was again so I can start using it. The integration of Planner and To-Do is a welcome addition but it appears this does not work when tasks are assigned to more than 1 person. I have a few plans for different Teams and some of the tasks I am undertaking require collaborative work. It appears when a task is assigned to more than 1 person, it does not appear in the 'Assign to me' list and I cannot find it anywhere in To-Do. Hello, Like most, I can collate too many tasks to manage on a daily basis. How do I plan tasks for the next day, current week or following week, when they arise, so they are not forgotten about? If I cannot use 'To-do' to slot tasks into these near future 'buckets' the tasks would get lost in the 'To-do' ether! I find the 'Planned' area far too cluttered as it seems to hold every email I have ever flagged with no options to filter or sort. I am experiencing a similar issue with OneNote on my Note 8, however, I do not receive any error messages, just a blank purple screen. Can you please advise? It could relate to the latest android update which was installed on my phone last week (release date 21/08/19) http://doc.samsungmobile.com/SM-N950F/XEU/doc.html If so, I would expect other android users to be experiencing the same?
