Forms: Print Summary error
It's great that we can now print a summary of the form responses. I have found however, when the results go onto more than one page, the subsequent results do not print - I've tried a variety of browsers and printers. I could attach examples but you won't be able to see anything 😉 Anyone else having the same issue? Any ideas Nakul Madaan?2.1KViews1like2CommentsOffice Online: Versioning + Undo
I've been running training recently on Office Online - Word Online, Excel Online and PowerPoint Online. A couple of questions I've had I'm keen to clarify: How often does versioning of documents happen with auto-saving. If i keep working on a document in Word Online, how often will it create a new version? Is this the same in each tool - i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint Online? Can this be changed? Is it different in SharePoint to OneDrive? How many undo steps are available i.e. How many times can I keep pressing undo? Is this the same in each tool? Is there any interrelationship between the two?Solved4.1KViews0likes3CommentsRoadmap
Thanks for the great innovations that are being launched for PowerPoint! As a trainer and consultant we get a fantastic response to the recent innovations like Design Ideas, Summary Zoom, 3D objects, Reuse slides, Subtitles, Recording and more. It would be really useful if the PowerPoint team could please update the Microsoft 365 Roadmap. There are new features that are announced but I can't find a way of keeping track of when they're actually going to be released. A typical case in point was the Presenter Coach. Great tool, announced very early on but we had to keep checking on its launch date. At the moment it's Live Presentations. It looks amazing, there's a video on YouTube about it and documentation. But it's not on the Roadmap, can you please update it? Keep up the great work.528Views0likes0CommentsRe: seeking consultant for 0365 end user roll out
KClarkRoss if we can help at all, let us know we've done many Microsoft Office 365 training and consultancy projects for end users in Education, Business, Government and Charity. I'm based in the UK but we have offices in many different countries. Email info@tablet-academy.com1.4KViews0likes0CommentsWho's doing what across different plans
We've tried and then stopped using Planner at least 3 times in our organisation - we've been impressed with the progress but each time been limited by a few key features. We really like the integration with To-do as this solves one of our concerns that an individual couldn't easily prioritise their tasks from different plans. Although there are still some different features between Planner Tasks and To-do Tasks e.g. start date, priority One of the key concerns I've heard from my colleagues and clients I work with is: A team member may be a member of several plans and a manager would like to see how busy they are across different plans to decide whether to assign them a task. Is there a way for a manager to see the tasks assign for each member?1KViews1like1CommentRe: ToDo Connector now available in Microsoft Flow
Does anyone have any experience of Flow with Shared lists? I've create flow that takes data from a Form and creates a To-do in a shared list. It is only visible to me though not the rest of the users who access the shared list.5.8KViews0likes1CommentRe: Microsoft Teams Naming Conventions
Have you seen this naming policy feature. It was only released recently that will allow you to reinforce some of the decisions you make on naming conventions: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/office365/admin/create-groups/groups-naming-policy36KViews2likes1CommentRe: Discussion on end-user adoption
A range of methods depending on the user. I often draw diagrams, use analogies, show examples of good practice, work through scenarios of use and more... This is a very helpful infographic from Deleted http://icansharepoint.com/everyday-guide-office-365-groups/1.1KViews2likes0CommentsRe: Missing Publish to Microsoft Stream in Powerpoint 2016
Well done for persisting. It looks like it's not a usual issue I've encountered yet. I'm interested to see how it is resolved as it could well be an issue that crops up for many of the institutions I work with. I'm clutching at straws here but could it be the region and language you're using may not be supported? I'm in UK with English UK.7.2KViews0likes6Comments
