O365 E3 deployment
Good Morning, I am investigating Office 365 for a NHS Community Care Group and GP's(Surgeries/Medical Practices) We will need to use E3 licences because the EPR (Electronic Patient System - S1/EMIS) systems need a local install of Word. Will no doubt be using SCCM, as we are deploying Windows 10 first (awaiting licences). I know we need to remove Office 10 first and this can be done via SCCM. SCCM will update PC's and Users will activate O365 ( we maybe using Accenture /NHS Digital hybrid system that works with NHS email security), but how do we install the local version(Office 2019), do the users need to click Download local install or can this be done via SCCM. In GP land, a user will need to move from one desktop to another dependent on Job Task or Location. In CCG, they all have laptops. Thank you all for your time, any small bit of information will be most appreciated Ralph1.4KViews0likes2CommentsMulti user device
Good afternoon 1. Need to set a desktop to allow a user 1 (agency worker) to use a guest1 account to login into Windows 10 and then activate office 0365 to be used for Word. Then need that person logs out of windows 10. 2. Next user2 (agency worker) to log into the device with the same guest1 account as user 1 and then activate their own o365 account. and again logs out of windows. This may be done with multiple users. Will they need to sign out of O365 each time 3. Also for it allow multiple users (Company worker) to login in with their personal windows 10 login and activate o365 and be able to use full MS office apps. Can this be done, at the moment the device is set up a multi-user device, which adds a token on for single login. At the moment we are finding that because of the token, a Guest1 account can only be associated with a 1 email address only. The Pc can be login in and out with 20 different people over a week. You help is most appreciated.FindTime with NHS Mail
Hi, Newbie today, I am working at a CCG as a project manager investigating O365 for all CCG members and GP's. Have been looking at NHS digital and accentures O365 hybrid, but not quite sure if this is the way to go. But one of the new add-on is FindTime, has anyone got this installed with NHSmail O365 environment. Your help would be most appreciated. RalphO365 Licence and Email, Turning off being able to send and retrieve email
Good afternoon all. Working with NHS rolling out their shared tenancy. Each NHS staff may be given a Apps for enterprise licence, with in their organisation to allow Word to work with Patients record i.e. Systm1 , EMIS etc. the O365 licence is linked to their NHS.net email address. The staff member will log into a Network PC with Windows 10 credentials, once on they then activate O365 with their nhs.net email address on that pc and a token is placed for 30 days to enable single sign on. What I liked to do is create a visitor account, but don't want them to send or receive email using that visitor account. Is their a way to turn of the visitor being able to send and retrieve email on the Exchange server, but still allow the O365 capabilities for Word to activated locally. I can turn of majority of applications that come with O365, but due to the nature of NHS shared tenancy, being used by 475 different NHS organisation we don't get the Full Global admin. Sorry if this sound confusing, but your help would be most appreciated. RalphSolvedRemove licensing token for O365

Good Morning and a happy new year. I am working with an organisation (A) that has its own O365 Tenancy Installed O365 to 11,00 staff along with migrating data with SharePoint. The legacy system is Skype business server on premise, used for voice along with 2 other close partner organisations(B and C) Each Organisation has it own tenancy for O365 but share the Skype for Business Server. Organisation A will have all its members by the end of January using Teams voice. Organisation A has their tenancy set as island mode at the moment, because of Skype Voice. Can they change this to Teams once they have come off Skype and will it affect the other 2 organisations. Your experiences will be most valuable.1.3KViews0likes0CommentsMS Forms
Not sure if this the expected outcome Send out a MS Form to users Works brilliant all the way through to submitting. But if the user closes down the form after a page or two and then goes back in to create a new one, it takes them back to the page they last logged out of, not to the beginning.885Views0likes0CommentsRe: Teams O365 and on desktop Office 2010

As part of the disaster scenario solutions for the organisation we have a system called Everbridge that allows the emergency response team to send out SMS texts, emails and Everbridge app messages to staff (currently 288 work mobiles) when there is an issue with the building or the network access. Can you think of any element within O365 that could do something similar if all work phones had O365 element installed?1.9KViews0likes3CommentsReport to show how many Teams created
Good Morning We are using NHS Mail O365, this mean even as a Local Administrator cannot see the the Admin Center. Accenture are the O365 Administrators, looking after the NHS portal. Is there a way to create a PowerBi report to show how many Teams have been created within my NHS organisation. Otherwise it is a manual process to copy from the Teams section and paste into excel each Team Thank you for all your Time RalphTask view at bottom of calendar in O365
Good Morning O365 E3 enterprise Exchange on-premise Windows 10 O365 proplus installed locally as well. User (Big Boss) has her tasks pinned to the bottom of the calendar in Outlook. Very often she will go into calendar and either the tasks are not showing or she gets a little black square instead. She has to refresh the calendar several times to show task. Has anyone any suggestions, which may help. Thank you for all your time RalphSolved1.3KViews0likes1Comment
