Teams Live Event: Number of videos shown varies by presenter
Hi all, We have a Live Event scheduled for which we have more than 10 presenters. I know that Live Events can accomodate up to 250 presenters, though only the last 10 who have spoken will appear in the producer view list. This is fine, but during a test run today I was able to see the video of the presenter who was live plus the videos of the other 8 presenters who were still in the room (in the black bar at the bottom of the screen). However, another presenter reported that he was only able to see the video of 6 other presenters, and yet another reported 7. I wasn't able to find anything that points to a technical issue, but I wonder if anybody has come across this issue and has an idea as to whether this could be related to 1) having a smaller monitor (or using a laptop screen) or 2) to the presenter not completely maximizing the Teams app. This seems like a small issue, but the person asking is our executive chairman, so I can't just go back and say "user-specific" without giving him an explanation or at least an educated guess. Thanks in advance for any input. Cyn956Views0likes0CommentsRe: Sharing file/folder via OneDrive (browser) using Outlook does not generate link in email
VasilMichev Thanks for your reply. However, the link behavior was different just a few weeks ago (i.e. it opened in Outlook). We haven't changed any policies, so I am not sure why this behavior changed.2KViews0likes0CommentsSharing file/folder via OneDrive (browser) using Outlook does not generate link in email
Good morning, A user of mine just reported the following: When she clicks Share in OneDrive (using the browser interface, in her case IE), she does get the pop-up box that lets her indicate with whom she wants to share the file. She does not use the Send button but instead chooses to send the link via Outlook. The email opens for her but is blank (i.e. no link is generated in the email). She can copy the link using the Copy Link button and paste it manually. A few pieces of info: 1) She tried IE and Chrome, but the latter opens webmail but still does not generate a link 2) The user is not on Exchange Online 3) Her default mail program is Outlook Has anybody experienced this before? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Cyn2KViews0likes2CommentsUpdate Project Online Resource Pool with Azure AD Groups/User Attributes
Hi all, We are in the process of configuring Project Online for my company and we would like to populate the Resource Pool with Azure AD groups, and then pull certain attributes for each user (e.g. location, phone number, etc.) We came across https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/scriptcenter/Update-Online-Resource-83137b7f, but since it's a few years old I was wondering if anybody has come across (or uses) something else that makes the syncing possible. Thanks in advance! Cyn1.1KViews0likes2Comments"Failed to share to teams. Try again later" when trying to share Yammer post to Teams channel
Hi all, I just added a Yammer group to Teams to take advantage of the Fuzzy Help-Desk, but each time I want to Share to Channel, I get the error message below. Permissions are all ok ... any idea what's going on? Thanks! Cyn2.5KViews0likes8Comments
