Re: Allow users to share files with colleagues without approval request
Send Access Requests to Library Administrators: By default, all access requests go to the site owner or whoever is set up as the access request recipient in SharePoint site settings. To forward the requests to specific library administrators instead of the site administrator: Customize Access Requests mail: Go to the SharePoint site Site Settings and find the Site Permissions > Advanced Permissions option. There, click on Manage Access Requests and Invitations. Here you can set the email address of the library administrator(s) instead of the site administrator.50Views0likes1Comment
