Unified Labeling policy without label to grant custom permission to specific users
In classic AIP i could create a policy without label to grant custom permissions to specific users. In UL i cannot create a policy without label in the UI. I did not test PowerShell yet but I guess this might not be possible either and if i am able to create a policy in PS, i probably cannot edit it in the UI to manage users. Is there any possible process i am missing to grant custom permission to specific users in UL? Thanks, FranckRe: News webpart don't show content to external users

If you check Fiddler while the web part loads, there’s no request to the search API that’d get the news. In fact, the web part makes a request to https://northeurope3-sphomep.svc.ms/api/v1/news/sites?start=0&count=13 to fetch the news, which doesn’t return anything for guests. This was also confirmed by the premier support: The issue that you see here on the news web part is not related to overall search but to a specific call that is made by the web part. It uses a call that does not work with guest users. The current behavior is by design. The required code changes to change the behavior are outside the scope of a fix and can only be considered for the long term. At the moment there is no timeframe when this behavior will change.Re: News webpart don't show content to external users
All sites are configured that "existing guests" can access. I would not expect this behavior, on what grounds? Guest User cannot access content in News WebParts? These users have a license, only in another tenant and I cannot assign a license to a guest user. If this is really a limitation I would like to see this documents.Item Insight UI question
We disabled Item Insight for an O365 group of users in the Organizational settings UI. Now we would expect to see the Item Insight Setting in the profile-privacy settings of a specific user to be turned off and greyed out. But after (almost) 24 hours this is still turned on. Is this setting supposed to be change when the deactivation of Item Insight is applied to a group? Thanks, FranckOneDrive for Business storage limit warning notification to admins (F1/F3 user)
In addition to the E3 user we now added about 20 000 F1/F3 users to our tenant, that have a 2 GB storage limit in their OneDrive. Is their a possibility to configure a warning that goes to a GA or a group of admin users (not the user of the OneDrive)? We would like to configure this for all OD users in regards to the % used of their OneDrive (e.g. 90%), not a total of GB. I configured the custom permission label according to the screenshot attached. I am wondering, since there is nothing i can configure to have it on "view". Hi there, I renamed an SPO Communication Site Name and URL and would like to reuse the old URL for another site. There still seems to be a redirection from the old URL to the new URL and SPO tells me that the old URL name is not available for a new site or to rename another existing site. I saw the discussion of reusing the name / URL of delted sites, and to speed up the reuse of the name by deleting the site from the recycle bin. However, in this case, this cannot be used.
