Blocking files form being Shared and Emailed out of the company
Hi We have Sharepoint document library with a number of files in there, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jpg, movi etc.. and on a number of these files (so not just Office documents) we want to stop the user from being able to Share or Email the documents outside of the company Anyone know if it possible to do this? we have E3 and E5 license ThanksMS Team Call Dashboard
Hi We use MS Team for incoming and outgoing calls and want to get a "Dashboard / Report" that basically just shows Username - Number of calls received - time to answer a call - number of outgoing calls made Anyone know if this is possible? Hi We host large meetings / training sessions and want pin key attendees to the forefront of the screen so that a forum conversation can be viewed easily by the observers. You can use Presenter status but my understanding is that different people have different views. Anyone know it is possible for us to set it up so that certain people are always on the screen?Assign Host Status to Another Person
Hi We use MS Teams to host training sessions and use breakouts rooms etc.. We have a admin assistant who sets all these sessions up but doesn't necessarily go to the meetings. Does anyone know if it possible for our admin assistant to be able to setup/schedule the meetings but assign "host" satus to someone else so they can do all the meeting management and access breakout rooms etc.. Or can that only be done by the person setting up the call?Sharepoint List email notification when a field is modified
Hi We have a Sharepoint list that has a "owner" field that is a PeoplePicker. When a new enter is added to the list this "owner" field is empty and only added at a latter date When the Owner field is populate or changed we want a email tot go out to that user We don't want a email going out if any other field is changed - anyone know if this possible? Hi We have added users account from a external Office365 tenant into our Azure AD Office365 tenant. The works fine and the Guest users can logon ok. However were were expecting that setting like ther external guest users "Job title", "Department" etc.. would be pulled accross from the other Office365 tenant. Hi We have a Sharepoint that has a column called "Running Total" and one called "Daily Total" The Daily Total is a number of items that have been added in certain Day and the Running Total is the Daily Total + whatever the previous Runnning Total was So for example .. item Daily Total Running Total 1 10 10 2 10 20 3 10 30 4 -15 15 I can't seams to get the Running Total to work - can anyone advise what settings / calculations I need to put in to make it work? HI We have Office365 E3 and want to be able by default block all documents from being emailed out or shared externally unless that are classiffied as None-Sensistive. Is this possible? I think it is by creating a label called say "Internal" and applying this to everything and then having another label called "none-sensitive" which people can apply to certain documents. and then applying a DLP policy that blocks the document from being emailed out of shared. Does that sound like something that would work or could be done? ThanksLabeling or Metadata in 365
HI We have currently have 1 document library and within these we have various folders. On these folders and files. We want to be able to classify our files due to there sensitivity - high, medium, low. By default anything marked low everyone can see, while everything high only certain people can see and other policies would be in place so that high rated files cant be emailed out. So the idea is the once everything is classified if you go into one of the folders withing the Document library and there is "high" rated document. Most users would bot be able to see this. Can this be done with 365 labeling? or is there any other way to do this?InTune not reporting on users apps
Hi We have the Intune client on our users desktop but if I go in Intune to the device and click on the discovered app what is listed there does not match what is shown under the users Win 10 Add/remove programs For example in the attached screen shot the Win10 laptop shows it has Adobe Photoshop, Cinema 4D. Hi We want to be able have all our Windows and Mac devices enrolled into InTune What we would like to do some reporting on these. Specifically we would like to: 1) List all the applications installed on these devices - it does seam to do this but lists lots of "none" apps like Intel Graphics Control panel - we want to exclude these - Anyone know if this is possible? 2) Ideally we would like to "white list" a load of apps and then get a report of devices that shows apps that are installed outside of this list and what device they are on - Anyone know if this is possible? Hi In Sharepoint Online classic you used to be to export a list as a template and then import this back into a different 365 tenant and import the list. However with Sharepoint modern you don't seams to be able to do this Anyone any idea how you can export and import a list? Thanks
