Hi there pbazuin do you happen to have other videos uploaded to Stream? Does this issue affect those other videos? I'd be interested to know if this happens for you for all videos or there's something with this specific one, in which case I'd delete and re-upload to see if that resolves.Re: How do I work out the storage quota for an educational tenant using A1 Plus licences?
Hello there, if you know your number of licensed users, you can use this calculation. Hi Brad, I was able to get a quite detailed answer on your SDS question. Hope this is helpful, it is from our SDS product team. Thank you! "SDS doesnt have any ability to delete groups or their content today. At term transition periods, SDS offer 3 cleanup actions - class renaming to marked the groups as expired, archive teams to make the teams read only, and remove student access. None of these actions will remove any content, however the remove students cleanup action will remove access to class content associated to the group. The school or district can choose to run any/all of these actions, or take no action at all to cleanup classes. At a minimum we reccomend class renaming, if they create new classes of the same names, with new rosters. Otherwise it gets confusing to IT for directory management, and for teachers that might be associated to classes (old and new) of the same name."Re: Not able to view a shared video
Hello and thanks for your feedback subhonihilent . Have the video owner remove you and save those settings, then add you back and save again. See if that changes the issue for you, alternatively have them try to add another person to see whether they are able to view. Hello and thank you for your question pbazuin . Are you still running into this issue? One item that may help is to remove all permissions except yourself and save these settings. Confirm that other users can no longer access the video. Then later on add back who is needed to view. It also may be that the settings did not take effect immediately, hence my question on if this is still an issue for you. Thank you!Re: Changing ownership/adding owner for multiple videos?

Hi Shae, thank you for your question. At this time, Teams meeting recordings are only capturing the main screen of the meeting. Your suggestion about capturing multiple feeds or multiple screens is an interesting one! VLB_UPMCAFP Thanks for your question! Although this is not Microsoft Stream related, there is a "NOW" function in Excel that should work for you to convert time zones. Since the time zone offset is five hours, you can try this function and see if it works for you. Note the denominator can be changed to tweak the hour offset. =NOW()+5/24
