TonyRedmond I'm curious, with the SharePoint restricted search feature, you can still have CoPilot consume a doc if you explicitly reference it in CoPilot chat (per the thread here); but, if you try and reference a document on a site that's excluded from search/indexing via the method mentioned in your article, it doesn't work. Microsoft's semantic index documentation notes, "Administrators can choose to exclude files from the semantic index by reviewing the considerations for excluding data with Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention (DLP)." I'm trying to submit a Premier Support ticket for an issue I'm having in the Admin Center regarding adding a custom tile. When I choose O365 as the product, there is no applicable version to choose for general Admin Center issue. In the Portal under Users Management there are filters to see some Admin roles, such as Global Admin and User Management Admin roles. Other Custom Admin roles such as SPO and EO Admins are not there. How do you quickly get a list of Admins assigned to all the standard Custom Admin roles? I'm not a PowerShell person so looking for some non-technical way. I did just vote up the idea to add filters for all custom admin roles and encourage others to do so too.Admin App and Auditing
I recently updated someones's license directly from the O365 Admin App. I noticed that this action did not show up in the Audit Logs. Is this expected behavior, actions from the Admin App not showing up in the Audit Logs? I can see other times where I've enabled licenses directly from the O365 Portal showing up in the audit logs.Licensing Admin Roles using groups
I know the ability to apply licenses to groups is in preview, but it there any functionatliy that would allow us to apply admin roles to groups? For example, we have an AD Group for everyone in a SPO Admin role. I'd like to auto assign the SPO Admin role to that group, similar as you can assign licenses to groups.Failed to create company branding
We tried hiding the KMSI option in Company Branding, however received a 'Failed to create company branding' message and aren't certain why. This article suggests, 'Your domain name must appear as “Active" in the Domains portion of the Azure portal in which you have configured branding.' Do all domains have to be verified in order to configure company branding for the first time, or just your primary domain? Any other ideas why hiding KMSI would fail?Organization Management Role & Lockbox Approvals
Microsoft documentation notes, "In order to Approve or Deny Customer Lockbox requests, and receive the Customer Lockbox Request email notifications, the user will need either Global Administrator permissions or the Organization Management Role applied through RBAC." An Organization Management Role group exists in both the Exchange Online Admin Center and the Security & Compliance Admin Center, however they appear to be separate/permissions are not linked. What Organization Management Role group will receive Customer Lockbox requests, those in the Exchange Admin Org Mgmt group or in the Security & Compliance Org Mgmt group? I also do not see a specific Lockbox approver role. Are there any plans to add that role?Restricted domains in SPO
We've limited external sharing by domain in the SPO Admin Center and are testing out the experience. Our guest users in Teams from the restricted domains see a very generic message that doesn't elude to them being restricted from viewing and uploading files. We are testing blocking domains in Azure AD > External Identities > External collab settings > Deny invitations to specific domains. When inviting a guest user to a Team, the invitations are going through okay for the domains we have blocked. Does that setting not apply to Microsoft Team guest invites?
