KMS Server require alternate credentials for child domain
Hi, KMS Server require alternate credentials for child domain. The server discover all the computers from the child domain but when I try to click on "update licence status->current credential" I get an error message "unable to connect to the wmi service on the remote machine". When I click on "update licence status->Alternate credential" and type a admin user that belong to the child domain it works properly. The problem here is that it prevents the server from distributing licenses automatically... And I have to do it manually by use alternate credential. KMS Server 2012 R2. Does anyone know the problem and know how to deal with it? Thanks, Amit
