2 Past Accounts Cannot be Removed From Onedrive Pull Down Menu even Under New Android Emulator
As you can tell from the following screen capture. The account with a key on the right of the pull down menu, is the past account cannot be removed. This is a fresh new Android emulator, no Samsung account, no other setting, fresh new. I open 2 ticket to Microsoft OneDrive team, one replied it has nothing to do with Microsoft 365, wants me to contact mobile phone team, the other team escalated the situation to development team but no reply ever since. It seems a cloud problem, not related to phone, how can i get Microsoft Cloud team to solve the problem?Re: Removing an account from OneDrive for Android
Neither can I remove my previous 2 work M365 accounts, even after 1. on Samsung account remove all possible link accounts, keep logging out of Samsung account. 2. Factory reset whole phone. 3. Remove SD card, clear app data. 4. Try to logout the unwanted past account as taught by users recommended without success. 5. Switch to different Google account, the same problem, when installed Onedrive, the past 2 unwanted M365 accounts will show up on pulldown menu...6. Raised a ticket to M365 team, they cannot find solution neither, simply kicking the ball around.
