Shredded Storage in SPO
Anyone knows if Shredded Storage is still used in SharePoint Online? Is there a way to see the actual storage consume by each file version? I would like to see the actual storage consume for a specific library. The SharePoint "Site Storage Metrics" site parameters does seems to calaculate the full size of the file for each version (not shredded info). Thanks.Re: PDF fillable forms freeze on iOS 18.1
I've submitted the issue to the "Service Health" reported issues and the answer was "No problem has been detected". I don't know why they offer this option to report an issue because everytime I find a issue that is confirmed after a while, it is always the same "No problem has been detected" response in this "Reported issues" feature.Re: Sharepoint List Help!!

Did you tried to first add the user as a guest in the M365 administration and then share the list to the user? It should work even if guest has no licence. I've just tried in my dev environment and it works 1- added a gmail account as a guest user in M365 administration 2- share the list to this user. 3- It will receive an email with link to the list. Make sure you are opening gmail account in private session. Click the link, it will ask to confirm email address and send a code. After entering the code, you will access the list and should be able to open the custom form.New list UI : Add column does not display "Add a content type" when allow management of content type
I'm trying to add a new content type to a list. Now they recommended adding a content type with the add column option in the list. However, even if the list advanced setting "allow management of content type" is enabled, the option does not show when using the add column list option. I would try this: 1) Disable quick property editing in the library advanced settings. 2) Customize the library form with Power Apps (Integrate/Power Apps/Customize forms). I guess you can define the rule when to display/hide the "Content Type" field in the form.Re: Sharing to specific people does not display link in the manage access windows anymore
marcomandricardo This is a change that has not been properly communicated by Microsoft. Sharing with the invite option is now giving direct acces (instead of generating a link) while copy link will generate a sharing link. Hi, is there a comprehensive documentation regarding the rules conditions using document properties? Valid search queries often does not work in auto-labeling conditions.... Questions: - Are all default managed properties with predefined refinables can be used? (excluding custom properties) - Can we use AND and OR in one line condition? : Path:xxxx AND Subject:XXXX - Are double quotes supported in query or we need to encode (ex: url)? - Multiline condition are evaluated as OR (Looks like it is) ? If documents you want to display in the web part are coming from differents libraries/sites, you will need to configure a search managed property from your IsPromoted column crawl property (you will use one of the existng refineableString that has not been already mapped to a crawl property): Here is a reference on how to proceed: https://sharepointmaven.com/how-to-create-a-managed-property-in-sharepoint-online/ Then in the Highlighted web part filter section, you will choose "managed properties" and type the name of the search managed property you used.Re: Files tab not working on newly created shared channel today
FYI, In the timeframe there were issues with shared channel,I was not able to delete successfully the one I created. After verification, the shared channel sharepoint related site was deleted but not the channel. I'm still unable to delete these channels. I've tried with Graph API and it is not working. These channels are displayed at the end of the active channels and can't be deleted in any way... What a mess....
