Using Forms for a large audience simultaneously uploading responses
My team needs to plan a bug bash for our product, and we will have >100 participants. It is fairly possible that lot of people will submit responses at the same time. We also need to use Excel as the data store for logistical reasons. Given these restrictions, I am contemplating Forms as a solution on the front end with Excel as the DB. My question is, will this solution scale for such an event with loads of parallel responses coming in, without leading to data loss scenarios? We know from experience that directly using Excel or OneNote lead to conflicts very easily and the end result is absolutely not workable. Any suggestions on how we can work off Forms and store our responses in Excel would be very welcome. Thanks!684Views0likes0CommentsWelcome to OneNote For Android Beta Program!

Hello, we have released a new beta update to the app. This includes a fix for a particular crash which was faced only by Samsung Galaxy device users in the Indian market, because of an error during upgrade on Samsung Galaxy Apps store. We have verified this is fixed by Samsung. In case the app hasn't auto updated, please manually uninstall and reinstall the app to continue uninterrupted usage. Let us know in case of any issues!746Views0likes0CommentsIssue resolution: certain Samsung devices facing crash on boot

Deleted Thanks for the bug report! Since this is a desktop app specific issue, the best place to log this bug would be answers.microsoft.com. This forum is specific to Office applications on Android. We will create a post for you this time around on answers forum however. (link)975Views0likes0CommentsRe: Onenote Problems on Chrome OS/Chromebooks
WilliamRichardson thanks a ton for your specific feedback on what doesn't work for you on Chrome OS like mouse interactions and Sticky Notes. We are working on understanding what are the top asks of users on these form factors and shall prioritize implementing them appropriately. However, we don't have any concrete timelines to share as yet. In the mean time, please do continue using OneNote Online to bridge these gaps, and stay tuned for improvements :)8.8KViews1like4CommentsRe: Welcome to OneNote For Android Beta Program!

Sorry to hear that, Regiii! One last check, could you please turn off auto-update in Samsung Galaxy apps, and then try to uninstall/reinstall from OneNote? In case the above step unblocks you, I request you to share a screenshot of OneNote app listing in the Galaxy Apps store. Thanks for your patience and support :)21KViews0likes0Comments
