Teams Recap
I have a customer that participates in meetings with his team and once the meeting is finished is expecting the recording to be in the new Recap tab. There are certain meetings that when he clicks on Recap he gets a message "You don't have permissions to view the recap. To fix this, go to Stream and follow the steps to get permissions. Then come back and refresh this page.". The problem is that he has permissions already. He also had an issue accessing certain files but I was able to run the Admin Diagnostics and found there was an ID mismatch that the Diagnostic resolved. Any help appreciated.16KViews2likes13Comments
