Dean_GrossDean we won't be copying the 'content' of the plan, just the structure. It is not intended to be a migration tool. We are focused on the 'template scenario' where I want to reuse the structure, buckets, tasks, checklists from one plan in a new plan. so we actually 'clean out' the plan and reset it to a 'blank' state. sorry it doesn't help your problem 100%, but that is how it will work

Joachim SchirraPlanner supports iPad quite well and it is a natively developed app. So while your feedback is appreciated,more details would be helpful because on the surface your feedback seems off. Planner also supports a number of capabilities for people who care about the security and privacy of their information such as FedRAMP and SOC2.

You can't change the color of the icon - but you can upload your own picture for the icon. so you can make the icon anything you want. You do this in group settings

A plan is automatically created for every group that is created. when you create a group, you will get a welcome email with a link to the Plan. H

The team has been working super hard on Planner. microsoftplanner.uservoice.com is the place to put in and track your requests. We won't do every request from everyone (for obvious reasons).
