martijnk79 Along with trying out community suggestions to resolve this issue through redirectTargetBase, Could you let us know more details on the issue you are facing of having appdata in package's appdata folder (localappdata\packages\appname\localcache). It is usually not recommended to write any MSIX application app data outside of Package AppData folder (localappdata\packages\appname\).Re: MSIX installed application on Windows 10 cannot access host machine graphics

Lars_Pedersen Hi, We are actively looking into this issue. We were able to repro it, but the repro is not 100%. We are still analysing what can be causing this and what can be done to fix it. While it is unfortunate that the public CAs changed their standards, do you think it is a frequently occurring scenario and likely to happen again? Hi, MSIX is surely not dead and Microsoft is investing in it!
