hi VI_Migration, If I understand your statement correctly, you're enquiring about the possibility of adding a custom report/app to the existing Viva Insights app on Teams - either as a tab or a section in a tab? If that's correct, then no - as far as I can tell this is not currently possible. Jake_Caddes perhaps you can help me as well. Similar, yet slightly different question... How long before Manager and Leader Insights is available at all? In my Admin setup for Viva Insights, I have received the message (see below) for more than 30 days. I am not even able to click the square to set up my Manager and Leader Insights. I have read all of the documentation and as far as I can determine, all licenses (I have 10), all settings (Insights analyst + Insight business manager) are all set. Do you or anyone else know what is going on? Am I the only one to experience this? Thank you in advance!Oops! You haven't been assigned a role in Viva Insights yet.
I have a M365 Tenant with 25 Viva Suite licenses and 20 assigned. I have added a Viva Insights Admin, Business Leader and Analyst roles for different users from M365 Admin center. When i browse to the link https://analysis.insights.viva.office.com/ with the Insights Admin credentials i get the error "Oops! You haven't been assigned a role in Viva Insights yet." It has been more than 4 days. I am not sure what i have done wrong. Please let me know if i have missed any steps.Re: Look at internal and external communication via email/chat/meetings/etc.
Hi VI_Migration, Yes, to accomplish this you will have to run a custom query. I would suggest piloting the analysis on a select 2/3 groups, running the custom query which provides a metric for each of the scenario's you've listed, and then playing with the visualization part... You can use the template visualizations and stories to give you some ideas on how to present/unpack the data. I will see if I can run a custom query on the demo tenant and play around to see if I come up with something useful - no promises though! 🙂
