Re: Azure B2B account accessing Exchange365 Shared Mailbox
Hello AdzyD86 We decided at the time to move forward with some limited duplication of accounts across the Tenants. We have not investigated if assigning Exchange licenses to the external users as mentioned above resolves the issue. Thanks MikeG2.4KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Azure B2B account accessing Exchange365 Shared Mailbox
I was hoping that this did not apply to a "Federated" B2B configuration between two Azure Tenants. This is being done as part of a merger of business units, and was hoping we could integrate without the need to duplicate accounts across the tenants. If there is any other suggestions please feel free to post them.6.2KViews0likes3CommentsRe: Azure B2B account accessing Exchange365 Shared Mailbox
Mark_Albin Thanks for the reply. 1. The user in question is marked as having {FullAccess} to the mailbox, the same as other internal users who access the mailbox 2. Giving the end client direct access (password) to the mailbox completely eliminates B2B from the mix as you are now logging directly into the specified domain. I have checked and they are using the correct B2B creds as they are accessing other B2B components without issue. 3. All Policies are either set to "Default" or not set. Doing a quick flyover of these policies I did not see anything that would result in blocked access. Let me know if there is something specific here I should be looking at. 4. I have tried removing / re-adding with no success. Kidd_Ip I have confirmed that OWA is enabled on both tenants and the shared mailbox is accessible via OWA Thanks for your help. Let me know if there is any other suggestions.6.1KViews0likes0CommentsAzure B2B account accessing Exchange365 Shared Mailbox
Hello, We are trying to grant access to an account that has been created via B2B Invite. This account can collaborate without issue in SharePoint and Teams. We have the ability to add this account to the Shred Mailbox under "Send as" and "Read and Manage". However when trying to connect to the mailbox the following error occurs: I am looking for some direction as to how to address this error, if we are missing a configuration step, or if it is currently possible to share a mailbox with a Azure B2B Member. Hello, Sometime in December Microsoft seems to have made a change to the way it counts the number of "Policies with error or conflict" and we are now trying to clean up previously ignored errors. We have shared machines, and most of these errors are related to individual accounts for people who no longer log into these systems. Since then the same policies have applied successfully on the same machine for other users. Is there any way to purge these old failure points such that they no longer show up as a "Failed" device configurations within the console? Example (machines are in active use today, but different accounts): Thanks1.6KViews0likes2Comments
