Hi Kush, it may depend on what your existing projects are - this integration it only for Projects in Projects for the Web - not Microsoft project online. If your projects are in MSPO that might be why you can't see the option to add and existing plans. My organisation is in the position as we're still using MSPO and haven't moved to Project for the Web yet. This is probably the second most common complaint about New Teams from our users too. Presence was one of the main complaints when moving from Skype to Teams in the first place, users want a list of their common contacts where they can see availibility at a glance and new Teams doesn't offer this anywhere now (People App would be good), but not you have to look via a person's profile card. Hi Will, Late to the party on this but as another contributor said I think its a case of picking what suits your workflow and ultimately they can all work together and complement each other. I try and maintain (and largely fail) to operate inbox to zero in my Outlook. I use flags for scheduling time to respond to emails, I create reminders/tasks directly in my Outlook Calendar, and I use MyDay in To-Do to manage my working day - I find it a good way to cut out the noise and focus on tasks for the day at hand. I also like that I can type a task with a description that will shedule it for you in To-Do e.g. "Do this task at 3pm on Monday" and it will schedule it. Good afternoon all, With the new Forms features in Teams our users are chomping at the bit and we're really keen to let then start using Forms to ward of requests for Zoom etc. However the governance information just doesn't seem to be there, details are really foggy around where exactly the data is stored (technically not geographically) and there doesn't seem to be any retention settings or any way to easily eDiscover the content. Really keen to speak to anyone who has confronted this in their organisation and how these risks were mitigated and ever more keen to make contact with a member of the Forms Team in Microsoft.1.5KViews0likes1Comment
