Deleted no it's worse than that. If we don't have the document, we have to pay 25% of the whole amount billed by microsoft to our country tax Office. The Vat over the total amount was already paid. That document avoids double taxation. And it is mandatory (we get it easily from Google and other big companies). Hello, can someone tell me how to get the tax residence certificate from Microsoft? It's been a nightmare by phone, everybody who answers from the support doesn't know what we are talking about... It's strange, it's a mandatory legal document that we have to give to our tax office. How can we get it, without spending a lot of more hours on the phone without any result?! (It's easy to get it from Google and Facebook, why it's such a nightmare to get it from Microsoft?).
