"Notify When Available" Has Returned!
New Teams now has the "notify when available" option back! I am on Early Access version 24124.2311.2896.3219 I do not see any documentation stating this and Microsoft's "what's changing in the New Teams" page has not updated that this feature will be coming back, but does anyone else see this or have more information?Bookings Adding duplicate appointments resulting in more than expected attendees
Bookings is adding duplicate appointments and resulting in more than expected attendees. There is also a "No Staff Assigned" error on events even though a staff member is on the service. Anyone else seeing similar issues? Ticket submitted to Microsoft.1.1KViews0likes9CommentsCoauthoring with Sensitivity Labels Not Working
We are trying to use Coauthoring with encrypted sensitivity labels, for both pre-defined and user defined labels. This works perfectly in our test environment. However, in our production environment, we cannot get this to work. Autosave turns off immediately with an error "you can't edit encrypted files at the same times as others". We have a ticket open with Microsoft and it is going nowhere. We have tried matching our settings to our test environment and still cannot get this to function. SharePoint legacy IRM is off, set-policyconfig -enablelabelcoauth is set to true, and all other requirements are met on the machines we are trying on (unless we have one legacy AIP client somewhere in our domain that is causing this all to fail?) Anyone have any ideas or struggle with this same thing?446Views0likes1CommentCustomers dropping off appointments, times not available, and new oddities
We have been hearing reports from our business users that services are "dropping" customers on multi-booking services. They report that each day, the number of seats is resetting and customers are getting cancellations. Also, there are available timeframes that are not showing on the bookings page. I've confirmed these times are available and do not show on the self service sign up. They report the confirmation email also looks different. It sounds like MS deployed an update to Bookings and there's some repercussions we're seeing. I'm putting in a ticket with Microsoft, anyone else seeing odd fucntionality?Solved1.2KViews0likes2CommentsTeams Meeting Non-Organizers Cannot Admin External Users
We started seeing last week that non-organizers (but still internal attendees in our company) cannot admit users into the meeting room. The default meeting settings are in place such as only people in my organization can bypass the lobby, and "Everyone" can present. Use case is HR sets up an interview for the manager and candidate. HR does not attend the meeting, but the manager cannot admit the user in. They click Admit and nothing happens. HR (organizer) enters and is then able to click Admit. This is not the functionality we've seen in the past and no changes have been made on our end to this process. Anyone else see this behavior?864Views0likes4CommentsUsers Outlook Availability Being Read With Default Scheduling Policy 'Off'
We are seeing that the staff member's Outlook availability is affecting service availability even if in the service the "Default Scheduling Policy" is set to off. The only way to avoid this is to turn off the staff members "Events on Office calendar affect availability". In past experiences when the Default Scheduling Policy is off, the staff member's availability wouldn't be read and it would be based off the service's schedule (maybe I'm remembering incorrectly). Anyone else seeing this issue?347Views0likes0Comments
