Message trace shows Advanced threat Protection - Blocked and redirected
One of our users said that they have not received an email and when we did a message trace it says "Blocked and Redirected. Advanced Threat Protection Malware: Verdict: Infected, Action: Blocked and Redirected" However Message trace status shows that the mail is delivered.. My question is if the mail is delivered then why are we getting the above message - blocked and redirected.959Views0likes0CommentsRe: Send Mail (SMTP) through Office 365 with MFA
Jeff Harlow Kazu1301 You can still use Option one .. all what you have to do is generate an app password to by pass MFA. Follow the steps in the below article .. https://support.office.com/en-us/article/create-an-app-password-for-office-365-3e7c860f-bda4-4441-a618-b53953ee1183 Thanks Robin Nishad214KViews2likes1CommentRe: Recurrent meetings
pattycolombia As Vasil suggested you should be able to change the date as per your needs. In case if you are getting any error in Outlook client.. please share the screenshot of the error, secondly you can try adding the meeting using Webmail. Miles_10810 One of the benefits of Office 365 ProPlus is that Microsoft can provide new features for Office apps on a regular basis, through monthly updates. However, as the admin who deploys Office 365 ProPlus to the users in your organization, you might want to have more control over how often your users get these new features. Microsoft provides you three options, called update channels, to control how often Office 365 ProPlus is updated with new features. Here's an overview of the three options. Monthly Channel Provide users with the newest features of Office as soon as they're available. Semi-Annual Channel - Provide users with new features of Office only a few times a year. Every six months, in January and July Semi-Annual Channel (Targeted) - Provide pilot users and application compatibility testers the opportunity to test the next Semi-Annual Channel. Every six months, in March and September. Thanks Robin Nishad14KViews1like0CommentsRe: Deleted items

Tata1980 You can block the Ip or IP range using connection filter … refer below article https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/securitycompliance/configure-the-connection-filter-policy To block the domain or sender.. use Anti Spam policy or create a transport rule.. refer below article.. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/securitycompliance/create-block-sender-lists-in-office-365 Thanks Robin Nishad Sr Consultant4.3KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Best Practices to administer hybrid exchange 2016
Azuriste01 So you mean that you have admin access to only Exchange Online not on Exchange On Prem..? If yes, you definitely need an Admin account to manage Exchange On Prem & Online mailboxes.... As you wont be able to do much with an account that is Exchange online only... Thanks Ronie Nishad Sr Consultant1.4KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Focused Inbox keeps disappearing
mirthrock I have seen this issue on Windows 10 versions 180xx and 190xx so it is pretty hard to check however the latest one was 190xx.. as to narrow down the issue I installed the same version of office on a different version of Windows 10 and focused inbox is working fine on that one...
