Quick links displays differently on separate sites
Hello 🙂 We use SharePoint for out intranet and I want to use quick links for documents in the management system. I created a test site for this and it displays just like I would like it to. See image below. When I try to set this up on our intranet the icons do not display correctly and the title of the document is not displaying at all, unless I hover the mouse over the link. The size, although medium on both sites, is also different. See image below. I've checked all the settings for the links and for the web part but they are exactly the same for the two. Any advice on what might be wrong here?Outlook calendar in SharePoint
Hello, Not sure if this should be on the SharePoint discussion of here but I'll give it a go. our company has two cabins for employees to enjoy during vacations. Each of them have their own calendar where employees book them, much like a meeting room. Is there a way to link these two calendars into a SharePoint page that I am setting up? I'd like for users to just click and book or click and have the correct calendar open in their local Outlook app? Thanks in advance. k.Links in SharePoint list
Hello 🙂 I have a list with a column for hyperlinks. When I deleted another column (single line of text) an image appeared next to the link and the full link name is not displayed, even when I increase the column width. I copied some of the text from the deleted column into the link column, could this really have something to do with it? User is trying to view entries in the calendars of colleagues and gets the following error when sending a sharing request: "Error While Preparing to Send Sharing Message". I started Outlook in safe mode to check if add-ins were causing the issue but the problem persists in safe mode. Tried repair of Outlook with Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant. Also reinstalled Office with the same result. This is a local installation of Outlook 16. Windows 10. Any help would be appreciatedRe: Emails stuck in outbox
A little more info about this. Automatic archiving is enabled for this mailbox but I'm not sure that it's working. Archiving is set to 90 days but there are items in deleted and sent items that are more than a year old. Items in inbox go back to August of last year. Total mailbox size is now 30 GB.Emails stuck in outbox
Hello, We have a user that frequently sends email from a shared mailbox. Some of these emails never leave the outbox, some are actually being sent, and some are not. This happens on a daily basis. I've searched for similar problems online and have tried a few suggestions, like: - cleaning up the users mailbox (went from 22 to 7 GB) - gave user a new Outlook profile - disabled downloading of shared folders - made the shared mailbox default mailbox This morning she has two emails stuck in her outbox, one of them (an internal email) has been received. Hi, hopefully someone can help me with this. I have a document library for a project where I've added several columns. I would now like to use this for several other document libraries I'm about to create and was wondering if I can somehow copy this to these new libraries instead of manually creating the columns in every library. Would appreciate any help.Approved status not showing in Teams
Hi, I've run the flow "request sign-off" on our team's SharePoint site and it works as expected. The Sign-off status column also appears in Teams but the value is empty for the approved document. Is there something else that needs to be done in order for this to also show in Teams? k.Re: Are you trying to add, update, or remove your email account
We decided to try deleting the users profile (ost), we also deleted two nst files that were of the same size. After this the message is gone. I don't know whether it was deleting ost or nst that did the trick. If someone here decides to try this solution, maybe delete one of them first to see exactly what causes the error.
