Manager/Admin Tips: Creating Learning Paths and Tracking Progress
We’ve observed a recurring theme of questions about creating learning paths and checking in on employee progress. Below are some useful links on how to accomplish both. Creating a Learning Path: For those unfamiliar, a learning path is a collection of learning objects or a sequence of learning activities relevant to the learning goals of employees, such as skill improvements or onboarding. It should be noted that this is a premium feature and is only available with a learning license. This page provides instructions for creating a learning path, as well as guidance on how to access and manage the various learning path options: Learning Paths in Viva Learning. Tracking Employees Progress: A simple approach to keeping tabs on employees’ learning progress is to recommend a course and then monitor their progress as they work towards completing it. Read the step-by-step process on how to recommend a course and monitor its progress here: Recommend and Manage Content in Viva Learning.
