Re: installaton error
Hi, There is some documentation on this error in SQL Server install error Wait on the Database Engine Recovery Handle Failed - Microsoft Q&A https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/492777/sql-server-install-error-wait-on-the-database-engi Kind regards Hans457Views0likes0CommentsRe: Add values to answers of choice on microsoft 365 individual account
Hi, I don't know what exactly you want to achieve, but I can think of two things: 1/ to compute points per respondent / patient You can do that on copy of the resulting sheet - use Ctrl+h to replace "Did not apply to me at all" with 0 "Applied to me to some degree, or some of the time" with 1 "Applied to me to a considerable degree, or a good part of time" with 2 "Applied to me very much, or most of the time" with 3 Then calculate the SUM 2/ Use COUNTIF to count how often each of the answers has been given Pivot tables (a third possibility) won't work in this case. Hi, You might want to read the documentation at Restore deleted files or folders in OneDrive - Microsoft Support https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/restore-deleted-files-or-folders-in-onedrive-949ada80-0026-4db3-a953-c99083e6a84f Kind regards Hans2.2KViews0likes0CommentsRe: PivotTable
Hi, No, you can't base a pivot table on colors. This is what I can think of: You can filter by color Filter by font color, cell color, or icon sets https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/filter-by-font-color-cell-color-or-icon-sets-4af3e865-3e34-4d81-9814-1893ffaada3c And work with SUBTOTAL that calculates only with the displayed values. SUBTOTAL function https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/7b027003-f060-4ade-9040-e478765b9939 I've found some VBA code that pretends being able to calculate with colors, but I didn't test it: http://www.cpearson.com/excel/colors.aspx Kind regards Hans2.4KViews0likes0CommentsRe: WORD can't stop underlining text
Hi, I'd start looking for the Normal style: if it is undelined, edit it so it isn't underlined any more. If you need more information, have a look at Change the default settings for new documents https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/change-the-default-settings-for-new-documents-430b4132-e129-46e4-97d2-19c326352c7f Kind regards Hans1.7KViews0likes0CommentsRe: frustrated and confused
Hipops1954 If you saved the file as a template (XSLT extension) and you double click on it (double click, not File, Open) you should see the content of the file, but without the name of the file: you'll have created a new copy of it, that you can edit and store as you like. Hi, There has been an MSKB article about this, but has been unpublished since. So I guess the problem has been fixed in an update. First thing to do: update Office by running Windows update, including updates for other products. Still no luck? It might help to disable autoscale for all of the charts ( Format > Selected Chart Area > Font) Kind regards Hans27KViews0likes7CommentsRe: How to get Mail Merge to accept .jpg Logo substitution
Hi, I found a nice way to do so: toggle field codes and put IncludePicture to insert the picture See https://www.datanumen.com/blogs/2-ways-batch-insert-multiple-pictures-word-document-via-mail-merge/ Kind regards Hans1.9KViews0likes0Comments
