Office 365 Outlook and Teams Stuck
Hi, we are currently experiencing a tenant authentication issue (i guess) our users with Outlook and MS Teams cannot login/use the application. Outlook = "Need Password", Teams just didn't work and requesting for sign in. My take is i enabled TLS 1.2 under internet options. and it WORKS after restarting the application but if i am correct (or am i?) all modern AUTH are exempted. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/exchange-team-blog/basic-authentication-deprecation-in-exchange-online-may-2022/ba-p/3301866 - I didn't read everything. Some of information that might help. -Reset Password Policy. -Standard License (bundle with Office365) -TLS 1.2 automatically unchecked after sometime (Windows 10) -GPO to checked TLS 1.2 not working. -Not happening to Cloud created User / Only happening to Local AD created Users Am i missing something? Thanks for the help and support.1.2KViews0likes0Comments- 15KViews0likes12Comments

"Task email address removed for privacy reasons reported error (0x8004011D) : 'The server is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition persists.'15KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Outlook keeps asking for password
Modern Auth is enabled ever since our tenant goes live. EnableADAL does not exist i created it still does not work. instead of 15.0 i use 16.0 sorry but creating a new user profile is not the best solution for our case, we have 7 users out of 86 and some of this users are 4 hours away from our office. we are on 3 different sites.25KViews0likes0CommentsOutlook keeps asking for password

We are on a bit of storm lately due to TLS 1.0 and 1.1 being retired. All our clients are experiencing a disconnection / authentication failure. This was the link on a pop up error. https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2161187. We got 2 Windows Server. Ad-connect (2012 R2) and Domain Controller (2012) and windows 10 client I followed the instruction https://support.microsoft.com/help/3140245 Download and install dot net I add registry for TLS 1.2 using this https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/identity/ad-fs/operations/manage-ssl-protocols-in-ad-fs. (both client and servers) But still nothing. I am manually checking TLS 1.2 in advanced settings from internet options and it works (temporarily) but windows 10 automatically unchecking this options. Can anyone tell me if i miss or done something wrong ?2.9KViews0likes1Comment
