Create QR Code for Microsoft Authenticator Work or School Account Recovery
Thanks for your help. Microsoft Authenticator allows users to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/back-up-and-recover-account-credentials-in-the-authenticator-app-bb939936-7a8d-4e88-bc43-49bc1a700a40 their MFA codes, but for work or school accounts requires additional verification. The final step mentions that an administrator will provide the QR code to re-enable these Work or School accounts, but I am at a loss as to how an admin is supposed to get or make this code. To be clear, I am asking how to get the QR code mentioned under Action Required (see Screenshot) If you can let me know, or send a link to the relevant guide that would be most helpful.
