Hello, Haneya! You are correct that Learning Partners are now called "Training Service Partners", or TSPs. This was a change done over the course of 2023. Great that you already have MCTs in your org, and also purchased the Learning Action Pack! I believe you are referencing the documentation found here: https://partner.microsoft.com/en-US/asset/collection/get-started-solutions-partner-for-training-services-designation#/ You are actually already a TSP at this point, now you just need to start training! (To confirm if your registration was successful, you can check for your action pack benefits. Also, you should now have a TSP dashboard in partner center. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/training-services-partner/training-services-partner-dashboard-now-live-on-partner-center/td-p/3996100 ) For step 3, "Use Official Microsoft Courseware, Labs, and Exams", this means you will need to 1. Have MCTs download the slides from the Learning Download Center. Link can be found in the MCT Lounge. 2. Coordinate to have your labs provided by one of the 5 approved lab provider companies. I usually recommend people reference https://assetsprod.microsoft.com/mpn/en-us/azure-pass-retirement-partner-faq.pdf for the list of providers. 3. Create an achievement code. Steps in the documentation above. If you have those above steps ready, then you can find learners and schedule the class in Metrics That Matter. To get credit as a TSP, remember you MUST have learners redeem achievement codes and fill out MTM surveys. If you have more questions please reach out at anytime. Thank you for confirming,Vinoth_Kanna_Ramsingh There were some recent changes to the Learn profiles when they launched the new Applied Skills credential. To find your certificate: 1. Use this link to navigate to credentials https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/credentials If you are not logged in, please do so and use the link again. 2. There should be two tabs in the window, Applied Skills and Certifications. You will want to open Certifications. 3. Click on "View certification details" to Download, Print, or Share your certificate. Hello,Vinoth_Kanna_Ramsingh Can you please clarify: -What portal you are viewing -If it is all your certificates or only some If it was a certificate you recently received, there is sometimes a lag for it to update to Microsoft Learn. Please try clearing your cache and trying again later. If you are concerned your profile was not properly awarded a certificate you earned, please make a post on the support forumhttps://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/on the right side with the blue button for all credentials. Hi,Cornelia_Erasmus From my own experience, small additions or clarifications, such as a text box (sticky note) appearing on a slide should be no problem if that is how your trainers want to add value to their courses. They'll surely have additional commentary or experiences to share as experts, and the visual cues can help them remember to go over them in class. I would confirm that: >Trainers are not altering the actual content itself, only making additions >It is made clear these additions are coming from the trainer/partner, andnot from Microsoft (maybe in your sticky note, the top can be labeled something like "Note from Trainer:" >You could consider additional slides to accomplish this, where you might show images or experiences from your trainer Please note this is my understanding of the policies regarding MOC. Hi,Mario_Fuchs I did check 4/5 of the ALH and you are correct that MS102 lab provisions are more affordable than MD102 labs. However, while both have overlap on 365 administration content and are 5 days in length, I believe MD102 discusses how to use some premium features and tools related endpoints that are not covered in general 365 admin MS102, which would lead to the discrepancy in cost. Since this is a public forum I don't want to endorse one provider over another necessarily, but I do recommend contacting the other 3 as well.
