Re: Azure Virtual Machine Start on Connect?
Alan2022 I'm not 100% sure I follow what you mean by 'Correct' but if you're referring to creating the AVD environment you would need a host pool and to register a VM into the pool. You could then use the settings as mentioned above to achieve the wake on connect and scale plan to turn off. The link you've provided outlines those steps.1.8KViews0likes1CommentRe: Azure Virtual Machine Start on Connect?
Alan2022 You could use an AVD host pool scaling plan and the flexibility that offers by setting bring your capacity threshold down to 0%. This can be found under Settings > Scaling plan. You can then couple this with Wake on Connect which can be found under properties1.8KViews0likes3CommentsRe: Azure Virtual Machine Start on Connect?
Start on Connect is Azure Virtual Desktop functionality only and doesn't apply to traditional VMs. If you know your hours of operation or are using scale sets you can configure accordingly to scale back on differing loads or turn them off entirely between specified hours. Here's a link/video on how you can achieve auto-shutdown and auto-start using automation tasks. For anyone else whom ends up looking into this issue the answer is the 'report phishing' add-in has eventually populated the ReportedEmail metric. However it appears to have around a 96 hour lag on submission to reflected in the report.2.3KViews0likes0CommentsAttack Simulation Training - Reported Email
As part of Attack simulation training, there is a metric for 'reported email' in the campaign. As per the following link Insights and reports Attack simulation training - Office 365 | Microsoft Docs ReportedEmail: How many users reported the simulation message as suspicious. The issue I am having is no where does it appear to be defined by what mechanism the end user should be reporting emails to populate this metric. I have tried both the 'report phishing' and 'report message' integrated apps within the 365 administration centre and neither of these appear to populate it. Anyone got this working?Solved2.5KViews0likes1Comment
