Google Workspace to Office 365 Automatic Migration Failing
Good afternoon folks. I'm right at the beginning of the testing phase for our email migration, and I've been receiving the same error when I try to migrate the test mailbox. Current Process using EAC Migration Wizard: Set Migration Path Migration Type - Google Workspace (Gmail) migration Prerequisites (All succeed) Migration Endpoint (Successfully created and targeted) Add Test User (CSV File Imported with syntax given in Microsoft Documentation) Configure to alert on success, and to not complete automatically Begin Migration After about 15 minutes, we receive a failure notification: Error: MigrationProvisioningPermanentException: The operation couldn't be performed because object 'migrationtest@********.***' couldn't be found on '*****************************.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM'. --> The operation couldn't be performed because object 'email address removed for privacy reasons' couldn't be found on '*****************************.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM'. Now correct me if I'm wrong but part of the provisioning process for the automated migration should be creating of the user accounts in 365 right? What am I missing here?1.3KViews0likes0Comments
