Hello All, I have an Outlook Shared inbox which receives 5.000 emails everyday. I want to set up power automate flow to delete emails that are older than 45 days. Thanksganeshsanap It did not work. It is not possible to search. I only can use the dropdown selection and it shows empty scrolling down fields. What I need is: the combo box should be searchable. When users search a customer name, they can find it and select it as a value for that filed. Hello All, I have two SharePoint lists. 1-Contract List ID Contract Name(Text filed) Customer Name(Text filed) 1 2 There are more fields/columns but I just display here 2 columns. 2-Cusomers List ID Customer Name(Text filed) 1 Dell 2 HP 3 IBM 4 Microsoft ..... over 200.000 customers Customer List has over 20.0000 items/customers. I want to create a Power App form for the Contract List. The form will be including: Contract Name Customer Name so on... I added two SharePoint lists into PowerApps. I changed the data row limit from 500 to 2000 in the PowerApps(Settings>General>Data Row limit I created a form and added data fields. I connected the value of the Customer Name from Contract list to Customer list's Customer name filed. It gives me 2000 items. However, I want to show/display all records(over 20.000) in the combo box. I know there is a delegation issue but not sure how to get around it and solve it. Eventually, I want users to be able to search in the combo box to find any customers within 20.000 records and select a customer and then fill up the rest of the form and then submit the data back into SharePoint contract list. I guess there is a way around to manipulate it with delegation. But I do not know how to do it. I would appreciate if someone could help me out on this case. Hello, I have a SharePoint list which has two custom columns: 1-Customer(drop down list/Choice) 2-Contract Title(Text filed) When an user create a new contract then a power automate flow automatically: -creates a document library with the name of the customer -breaks the permission/stopping the inheritance/create a unique permission for the document library -creates a folder in the document library with the Contract Title Those all work fine. NOTE: One Customer can have many contracts. Scenario is this: When the user creates another(second/third etc.) contract for the same customer(Document library), the power automate flow should create another contract folder in the same document library/customer. However, it does NOT create and it is running forever. Because the document library is already created. I want the power automate flow to see if the document library is already created then it should skip the document library creation and it should directly go to creating a new folder for the new contract. Hello All, There are over 5000 SharePoint sites in my MS365 Tenant. I am using SharePoint Online. I retrieved/extracted a report/list of sites that have "Everyone expect external users" group. 1000 SharePoint sites have "Everyone expect external users" group. I have this report in excel/csv. My question is this: How can get a list of site owners and site admins for those 1000 SharePoint sites that have "Everyone expect external users" group? Looking forward to hearing from you. HiLeonPavesic It does not work because I might have not explained in clearly and you may not have understood me. I will try explain it here again. I am also attaching a screenshot. There are over 1000 sites on the prem with ONLY one document library (Project%20Folder). I created ONLY one site on SharePoint online. I want to move all sites’ document libraries (Project%20Folder) into the new SharePoint site as a document library with the same name of the prem sites (GP56077, GP56121). All Site names from the old sites/on prem became a document library name in the new SharePoint site. I managed rename the NAME column in the SharePoint document library with the following link. https://abc.sharepoint.com/sites/Sandbox/_layouts/15/FldEdit.aspx?List=%7BE943612B-9E90-49A8-9D66-FD385B573515%7D&Field=Name In the document library: When I select a file>Elipses( ...).> Properties> Edit All then I can see my renamed column.
