Re: [SharePoint Premium/Syntex - Content Assembly] How to migrate a model to another library
Hi Leonardo, You can always download and load the model into the new environment. I think you've already done this, but there's a security permissions problem. Whenever you move a model between environments, the model can only be modified in the original environment and only by the creator.1.3KViews1like0CommentsRe: Syntex Model Extract State Taxonomy
Sorry for the late reply. Based on my experience, Syntex cannot do the transformation automatically. I think you have two ways to do it, the best option is through Power-Automate, after extracting the information do the value transformation through an update. You also have the option with SharePoint, you can configure an automatic column that autocompletes with the desired value depending on the information provided by the model. Hope this works for you.610Views1like0CommentsLow scores after extraction with Multi-page documents.
Hi Community. I have a MS Syntex model that contains PDF files of more than one page, some are up to 100 pages long. When the training of the model is completed, the scores are 99% accuracy. But when testing the model with the Quick Test or loading a document one of the documents used in the training (multiple pages) the score is 0% in all extracted fields. It was also validated that if the same test is done with only the first page of the document the score is 99%. Currently the configured flow depends on the Confidence Score to take certain paths. In this case it does not matter that all the fields were correctly extracted, it always goes for the negative condition because in the end the score is less than 20%. I appreciate any recommendations you can give me. Mario Fulan spucelik575Views0likes0CommentsObtain the list of collection names in a MS Syntex Model from PowerAutomate?
Hi community, It is possible to obtain the list of collection names in a MS Syntex Model from Power Automate? I have a flow in power automate and I need to compare if the value obtained after Syntex classification and extraction is available in the list of collections configured in the model. Initially I was validating against the list of collections created in SharePoint or in an array inside the flow. But this generates an additional maintenance, since if a new collection is created, this value must be added to the list in SharePoint or to the array created within the flow. So I need to know if it is possible that from power automate I can get the list of collections created in the model.458Views0likes1CommentRe: MS Syntex error after Publish. SharePoint library has been moved or deleted.
spucelik I just ran the following test and the same error is generated again. I downloaded the model from the Models. I then uploaded the downloaded file with a different name. The new version of the model has the published version and the latest trained version. But as I informed you at the beginning, it generates the same error when I click on Publish.1.1KViews0likes0CommentsRe: MS Syntex error after Publish. SharePoint library has been moved or deleted.
Hi spucelik Yes, it is a Layout model. And it was applied and deployed in the same library. The "published" model is working correctly. The document I show in the following image was loaded a few minutes ago in the library that has the model applied. As this document is "not trained on any collection" its information could not be fully extracted. But the syntex processing finished correctly. I am thinking that the problem is not with the Applied Library (Invoices), I think it is with the Models library where the model is stored. What do you think?1.1KViews0likes1Comment
