Pricing update for Monthly Billing/Annual Term subscriptions - Dynamics 365 tenant-level SKUs
Hello, I have a question regarding in-scope SKUs of the new pricing update that takes effect 4/1/2025 for monthly billing/annual term subscriptions. (Specifically, Dynamics 365 SKUs in the CSP NCE pricelist) In the announcements and FAQs, in some parts the term "user license" is used, and in others it seems to apply to all SKUs with an annual term/monthly billing option. Would you be able to tell me if the 5% increase applies to the former or latter? Thank you in advance.Business Central Team Member restriction
Hello Apologies if this is not the correct board for this question. Can someone please help explain what is meant by the following : "Business Central Team Members application module may be customized with maximum 15 additional tables (custom tables or standard Dataverse tables) available to the Business Central Team Members license." Does this 15 tables restriction apply only if a user needs write/edit access within a predefined scenario? If a user needs Read-Only access, they don't have to worry about this restriction? Thank you in advance.SolvedTransferring customer web-direct subscriptions to partner
Apologies if this is not the correct board. Could someone direct me to any guidance on how to transfer a customer's web-direct Azure and license-based subscriptions (no other partner) to a CSP direct-bill partner? Are web-direct ->CSP partner transfers even supported? Thank you In AdvanceSolvedWhat is an "MSX Opportunity ID" and what are the steps to obtain this information for MCI engagement
This is an Incentives related question. Some of the Pre-Sales engagement customer eligibility require an "MSX Opportunity ID". I've seen various instructions to contact either a "PDM" or "Your Microsoft sales or partner point person" for this, but we don't have such individuals in our list of contacts. How does this work? Is it possible to reach one through the standard support portal? Or are these activities simply not accessible to partners who don't have any of the above?1.1KViews0likes1CommentNCE Subscription Upgrades - old subscription still available?
Hello After upgrading an NCE subscription using the upgrade tool in the partner portal, apparently something did not go quite right, and I believe some manual work was involved. There are still a few users assigned to the older subscription, and it still appears to be available to assign to users. How long does this state last before the subscription is deleted? (I think they added a few new users to the upgraded product, so they ended up having the same number of licenses as the older version with all licenses assigned to users, and a few existing users are still assigned to and using the older version.) Thank you in advance.Solved873Views1like5CommentsToll-Free numbers now supported on NCE - must customers cancel their Communication Credits?
Hello. It was announced last week that toll-free numbers are now supported in NCE. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/announcements/2024-february#toll-free-numbers-for-microsoft-teams-now-supported-on-nce An NCE customer was trying to get Communication Credits, and just figured out a work-around (because it was not showing up for NCE customers in the MS365 Admin Center - the work-around was to get the trial base subscription then cancelling it). But now that NCE can handle toll-free numbers, do NCE customers have to disable their Communication Credits and start using the pay-as-you-go meter? Or can they continue to use the Communication Credits method indefinitely? Thanks in advance.Solved552Views0likes3CommentsTeams Phone Calling Plan Country Zone 2?
Hello We have a US based customer that needs a phone number for an end-user in one of the Zone 2 countries. There used to be a Teams Phone with Calling Plan for Zone 2 available but now it looks like the only option available for Zone 2 is the PAYG option. Is this the license we need to get? Does this include both domestic and international calls? Thanks In Advance3.2KViews0likes1CommentQuestions on minimums and prerequisites
We are a CSP partner and have been getting many inquiries from customers about Copilot. 1. Since we do not have an MS account manager, what is the best way to contact one about becoming eligible to purchase licenses? 2. Is the MS365 E3/E5 prerequisite restricted to licenses already purchased through the Enterprise channels exclusively, also with at least 300 existing seats? Thanks in advance.1KViews1like4CommentsCustomer Insights viral Trial and self-service trial
Hello. I was wondering if there a way to see the expiration date of trial licenses and a way to extend them? We have 2 trials "Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Self-Service" (SkuIdDYN365_BUSINESS_MARKETING/238e2f8d-e429-4035-94db-6926be4ffe7b) and "Dynamics 365 Customer Insights vTrial"(CUSTOMER_INSIGHTS_VIRAL/skuId/036c2481-aa8a-47cd-ab43-324f0c157c2d) but we cannot see any expiration date, just a message that one is about to expire, not sure which one. But in the AAD admin center, neither of them appear to be expiring soon. When we contact support, they cannot provide any information as they are not showing up in the system. I read somewhere that "vTrial" licenses don't expire - is this correct? Also, does anyone know if either of these trials have both the CI-Data and CI-Journey functions? Thanks in advance.SolvedSKUs not enabled for migration to NCE but need to be manually migrated
Hello. (Moved this post from another community) Azure Active Directory Premium P1 is currently on the list of SKUs "enabled for migration but need to be manually migrated". Can you explain what this means? https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/migrate-subscriptions-to-new-commerce#manual-migrations Also, it says that this is just a sample of the popular products that are enabled but need manual migration. How do we tell if other SKUs not listed here need to be manually migrated? Right now, in the case of AAD Premium P1, the migration tool looks like it's enabled - what happens if we try to proceed using the migration tool? Will there be an error message indicating that a new subscription needs to be purchased first and manually migrated? Thank you in advance.

Re: Important Notice: Changes to Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams licensing.
Can you confirm that the M365 E3 with Teams is still available to Net New Customers CFQ7TTC0LFLX:0001? I see it on the April pricelist and it's available to add to New Customers in Partner Center. ...0likes0Comments
