Johnny0000 - Yes, I first noticed this all started happening to me as well around May 13th. I had been out of office for the two weeks prior and came back to some (not all) of my lists using the Integrated LISTS App view within SP. It totally messed up the formatting of my LookUp fields, but clearing the cache on Edge thankfully fixed that part. Didn't help restore them to the SP UE though. I am also suddenly having this problem starting last week. The fix mentioned here also did not work for me. It doesn't seem to be switching to the LISTS environment so much as displaying within SharePoint as it would if opened in LISTS. Biggest problem being that this has caused all my multi-select lookup fields to stop recognizing each entry with unique links. JohnnyJSU I learned that formatting the title column (which displays the comment icon) will wipe whatever code displays that icon. Hi All, For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to get an activity alert set up for a Microsoft Form owned by a M365 group I am a member of. I have no problem being notified of form submissions... so why is it so much to ask to be notified when someone in the group has edited my form? This is very easy to set up in SharePoint or Teams. I'm guessing the bug is triggered when editing a question, from some random small change in the formatting you may make during that edit. I was able to correct it on mine after many, MANY iterations of altering the formatting (per question). Duplicating the whole question to make a new question didn't help. The bug copied right over. But as I played with changing any and all things possible to change in the formatting, eventually the question's text wrapping normalized. I've just hit this problem. The shared channel apparently has no way of associating itself with any 365 group... so no Apps requiring a 365 group (such as planner) can function in the shared channel. In pondering work arounds... wondering if it could work to move the generated excel file from the Form to our sharepoint site and put an activity alert on it there? The issue is, I'd need to find a way to make the activity alert differentiate between a new row being added (form submission) Vs the Header Row being modified (form edit). Any idea how to do that?
