Calculated Column If Statement to Calculate Two Dates
Hi all, I have an SPO list that includes 4 columns: Review Frequency, Last Review Date, Next Review Date and Content Expiry Date. The last Review Date is set manually. The Review Frequency is either Annual or Triennial. The Next Review Date needs to be set automatically based on the Review Frequency. The Content Expiry Date needs to be set automatically to 3 months after the Next Review Date. I know I can use a calculated column to populate the Content Expiry Date by using the formula below: =DATE(YEAR([Next Review]),MONTH([Next Review])+3,DAY([Next Review])) The Next Review Date I am struggling with. It needs to be 3 months less than 1 year if the Review Frequency is Annual or 3 months less than 3 years if the Review Frequency is Triennial. If anyone can help me with the syntax for the If statement I can use in another calculated column it would be amazing. Thanks in advance508Views0likes0CommentsFiles Disappearing in Document Library
Hi all, I'm experiencing some strange behaviour on document libraries within a specific SharePoint Online site, which I'm hoping someone can help me resolve. Prior to today, users have been able to upload files to these libraries and then use the 'properties' section of the Details Pane to apply required metadata to their uploaded file. The files are still uploading successfully but when a user now attempts to apply metadata, using either the Details Pane or the 'Edit in Grid View' option, the file disappears from view. This issue isn't affecting any of our other sites and wasn't happening on this particular site until today. Any advice or suggestions to resolve the issue will be much appreciated. Hi, If someone can tell me how to make internal links from a Hero Web Part open in a new tab it would be very much appreciated. I'm not able to use a URL shortener. I have found a tutorialwhich explains how it can be achieved using the Modern Script Editor Web Part, but I can't figure out how (i.e., how to tie the Script Editor Web Part to the Hero Web Part). Someone has asked this question in the comments of the tutorial, but it hasn't been answered unfortunately. Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.9.5KViews0likes2CommentsPower Apps - Customised SharePoint List Form - Display Size
Hi guys, I am using Power Apps to customise a SharePoint Online List Form. I have changed the form display size from portrait to landscape (large). The problem I have is that whenever I edit and save the Power App, the form displayed on the list reverts back to portrait. Despite is still being set to landscape on the Power App. The only way I seem to be able to resolve this is to clear the cache on my browser (MS Edge) every time I edit the form in Power Apps. Whilst this does result in the landscape sized form re-appearing on the list, it is obviously very frustrating to have to do this every time I edit the form. Has anyone else come across this? Or am I missing something obvious/doing something wrong? Thanks in advance.Show/Hide Fields Conditionally in SharePoint Online Custom List
Hi, I'm hoping someone can help. I'm aware that fields in an SPO Custom List can be displayed/hidden conditionally via the 'Edit Columns > Edit Conditional Formula' route on the New Form. This seems to fall down though when a user accesses the Edit Form and changes their original answer to the trigger question. The dynamic questions are re-hidden (as per the conditional formula) but the answers previously provided to the dynamic questions (when they were visible) are retained in the list. I need to find a solution that displays/hides fields conditionally, but that also removes previous responses from the list if the answer to to the trigger question is changed via the Edit Form. If someone has a solution it would be much appreciated. Thanks.Solved6KViews0likes8CommentsTitle Column Hyperlink - Custom List
Hi, I'm a newbie to SharePoint Online. I've come across an issue that I'm hoping someone can help me solve. I have created a Custom List and retained the 'Title' column. Displaying the 'Title' column in a list view in SP2013, rather than the 'Title (linked to item)' column, would remove any hyperlink from data added to that column. This doesn't seem to be the case in SPO? I have followed the same process in my SPO list, but the hyperlink is still active. The font size of the data in that column is also different (larger) to the data in all other columns. Can someone please tell me how to ensure the data in the 'Title' column displays only text (no hyperlink) and is in the same font size as all other columns? Thanks2KViews0likes2Comments
