Visio permissions error when using SharePoint File & Media Web part
Hi, I have created a SP site with numerous pages that include the File and Media Web part to display a Visio diagram that I am having issues with. Most users have view only access to all documents within the site. When view only users view a page with a Visio file displayed through the file an media web part they get a permissions error. As a temporary workaround I have added a button with a direct link to a Visio file. If they click on the direct link they are able to view the file with no error. Now, when they click back on the browser, the Visio diagram displays with the following error issue. Once the user clicks Try Again, they are able to view all Visio diagrams throughout the SP site for that session. Part 2:Whilst view only users can view the Visio diagram they are only able to view the first page, they can not navigate through multiple page diagrams. This scenario is occurs in Edge and Chrome. Users who have write access do not have this issue. Has anyone experienced this or have any solutions please? Hi, I feel that this one should be a really easy question but I'm going around in circles and am up against a deadline so could do with some pointers please. I need to trigger a flow to run only when the file that is saved in SharePoint changes. I do not want the flow to run if other properties in the SharePoint libraries change for the file. I have tried 'when an item or file is modified' and 'When a file is created or modified in a folder (deprecated)' but cannot stop it running when another column for the file is changed. I have thought about retrieving the metadata and using LastModified but don't know how to write a relevant expression. Can you please point me in the right direction, thanks in advance.SharePoint: Control the grouping order
Hi. When using group by in a SharePoint list I want to set the grouping order, sorting by alphabetical is not appropriate for my list. Example: I want to group by Day of the week so I have another list that sets Monday as 1, Tuesday 2 .... The list that I want to sort looks up on my reference list and returns the sort order. When grouping by the Day column the order is alphabetical (see image) is it possible to set the sort order of column 'order' to override the grouping order? A work around would be to prefix the days of the week with the sort order but I really don't want to do this due to other implications for my site. (days of week just used as an example, actual data is different). Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you
