Page numbering in Word
I am formatting a book and I was doing well but got unstuck with page numbering. I have a section which consists of title page, Copyright, Dedication, etc which I seperated from the body of the book with a Section Break. Then I proceed to numbering. But it numbers the first section too. Deleting it seems to not work for me. Perhaps I not creating headers (not footers) may be a problem. I have been working on a book. So far it is 137 pages. By editing it over and over I may have destabilized the document. It started unravelling while working on it. Microsoft agent repaired Word but it happened again in about a week. This time more the agent connected remotely and made some changes. I am worried it could happen again and I might lose my document. What can I do to preserve the document. Would make a new copy help?913Views1like0Comments
