You can do assistance via Teams if you have that, but you can't (at least couldn't) interact with UAC prompts. For you Gran you can always get Team Viewer installed I guess.

The only thing I can suggest is packaging them up into SCCM and distributing that way and make them 'Available' rather than 'Required'. Not ideal, because you also need the Store App to get the files in the first place.

hjsiaspa The ironic thing is that there is the Education/Company Store, which you can restrict access so clients can only use that and not the 'general' store.....However that is being retired in 2023, so God knows what all those people are going to do 😄

There are a few posts above and below this one. If you don't have the Store Installed, you'll need to get the AppX installer (it is called 'App Installer') installed then use that to install the AppX package for Quick Assist. We deploy both through SCCM and do the same for HEIC support.
