I’d try a couple of things: if you see “advanced analytics” in the starter prompts in Excel, start there. It’ll introduce Python which should help with text you could also try using business chat and reference the file there. Sounds like you’ve created a new Microsoft Account using your Gmail address. For example, if you went to outlook.com and entered your Gmail email address to sign in, it‘ll just show the details of that new Microsoft account. What this means is that the Calendar in Teams isn’t looking at your Outlook calendar, it’s looking at the Microsoft Account created with the Gmail account. I don’t think there’s a way to show your Gmail calendar in the consumer version of Teams sorry.Re: Alternatives to Viva Goals?
If you’re paying for a new tool, it may be worth taking a look at Goals in Planner Premium. It’s not quite as robust as Viva Goals and is more task oriented but you’ll also get the flexibility of custom columns etc in Planner Premium. the other benefits is that its integrated with Teams, staff have a one stop shop for all their tasks, integrates with To Do, Loop, flagged emails etcRe: Copilot working in Apps, but not available in Start menu
There isn't really a standalone app anymore for Copilot for work. If you're using Microsoft Edge, you could install the chat as an app. Open Microsoft Edge Go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/chat At the top right, select Settings and more (...) Select Apps Select Install this site as an app Rename the app if you want select Install Check the options you want (e.g. Allow this app to Pin to taskbar) then select Allow (you may need to approve it being pinned to your taskbar)Re: Agent not visible in M365 Copilot
Hey, if you built it in Studio, did you extend the Microsoft 365 Copilot (declarative agent) or did you create a custom agent? Option 1: If you used the option to extend the Microsoft 365 Copilot: Go to Copilot Studio Select Agents Select Copilot for Microsoft 365 Select your published agent Under Publish details, select Availability options Select Copy Paste the URL into a web browser which will take you Teams to install your agent. Then it should appear on the right of your Copilot Business Chat where you can pin it. Here's some documentation for more details: Publish and Manage Copilot Studio Agent Builder Agents | Microsoft Learn Option 2: If you just created a custom agent, this won't appear in Microsoft 365 Copilot Business Chat, it'll appear as a custom app. Go to Copilot Studio Select Agents Select your published agent Select the Channels tab If you just want it in Teams, select Microsoft Teams (you may need to Turn on Teams if you haven't already done so) Select Open Agent which should take you through the process of installing it as an app for yourself on the left side of Teams. Hey, a few questions: Does the spreadsheet work when you use the default agent in SharePoint? Are there any sensitivity labels that may affect Copilot's access? How many docs do you have in the folder/site? It may be having trouble if you're not specifying which file to look at in your prompt It shouldn't be an issue, but have you tried with a smaller data set?Re: Copilot agent unable to view meeting recordings in folder?
You may need to add more specifics to your prompt and specify the file or give it some context about what’s in the folder. Also, when you accessed the original mp4, how’d that go? I haven’t had much success in that department and usually need to reference in.Re: Can your job/University see your copilot chatlogs?
If they have data retention policies set up for compliance, it's possible for them to use eDiscovery to bring up your prompts and the responses to the prompts. You can read more about it here: Learn about retention for Copilot and AI apps | Microsoft Learn But, as a general rule of thumb, I'd just assume your employer can access everything.
