OneNote tab disappeared from MS Teams on IOS
Hi all, I've an issue with MS Teams, I use to work with MS Teams for my projects and I have created a OneNote for every project. So when I create my Teams I can attache the OneNote tab to work with the tool on my computer AND my Ipad when I'm on the construction site. The problem is this one : I can't find OneNote in MS Teams anymore. I know they it should be available because I can see it in my desktop version of MS Teams (see screenshot attached) But on IOS, the OneNote Tabl is not available anymore (it was and still on old projects) an when I click on "add an app" I'm not able to find OneNote in the list. Hi all, I have an issue with my SP online page. I added an audience targeting for a SP page, unfortunately, I cannot find where I can manage people inside the group, I cannot find where I can do it. alirananavitascom,@Leonel GUZMAN, Please find below the solution I tried : I was not able to recover the filename with the flow, so I used this expression to get it from the attachement I uploaded manually : string(triggerbody()?['file']?['name']) It allows me to get the filename and store it in my SharePoint list. Hi all, I created a flow in Power Automate which is working in this way : When I add an item in my SP List, the flow is running, and it creates a new project. It creates a new SP site and a new MS Teams with specific channels and folders in. On my list, I update a status when it's finished, and I add a MS Teams link to access all the projects form this list (like a dashboard to find all projects and status and other informations). I know that when I create a Microsoft365 group, it creates a MS Planner plan linked to my project code. The issue is this one : Is it possible to AUTOMATICALLY get my new plan ID or URL to add in my SharePoint list like my MS Teams link? I really would like to do it to have a list of projects with informations like Teams access, OneNote project link & MS Planner plan link (like in my screenshot). Hi all, I have a question about MS Planner. I would like to create a Power Automate flow to create a task in a plan B when a task in Plan A has the pink flag. I have some issues because when we create a task, we cannot use a flag on it. So I would like to create a task, upload it to flag and if it's pink, create the same task in another plan. Unfortunately, when I use the trigger "When creating a task", I cannot get the parameters of this task I just created. Do you have any hint to do what I want? Hi all, I've an issue with my O365 groups. When I right click on my Groups, I can browse all the groups and select one of the to add myself on it. Unfortunately, few seconds after adding this group to my list, it disappears and I cannot see it in my list. I see I'm a member of the O365 group my I'm not able to add it in my list. When I go the the Outlook online, in some groups I see "follow in the inbox" and not for the other ones. Please someone can give me a solution? Hi all, I've some questions about the Microsoft 365 groups. I plan to use Microsoft 365 Groups instead of Shared mailboxes, but I would like to have some answers to my questions before. Is it possible to enable the "Allow external senders to email this group" to all groups by default? What about the mails storage? Can someone tell me where the mails are stored? Hi all, I've a question for you, could you please tell me if it's possible to create a link between a SharePoint site and a FileServer? Let me explain: I use a SharePoint list to list all my projects. A Power Automate flow creates a new SP site for every new entry on the list When I click on the code of a project, it's a link to the new site my flow just created. I can store all my documents in this site EXCEPT my drawing files which are too big and impossible to work online on it. So I have an hybrid solution with plans and big files on a fileserver and communication / admin files on Teams/SP. What I want to do is to create a link between the 2 solutions. So I can have an URL on my Server folder to redirect to the SP site. But is it possible to create a kind of link on the SP site to open the file File Explorer on my mapped folder (\\ServerName\Projects\ProjectCode)? Is it possible to create something like that?
