Clutter
I know that MS has stated the clutter is expired, and they are going to only provide focused inbox. Many of us are not happy at all with this move...I hate the focused box and want to change folders in order to see my clutter. That said, clutter has continued to work long past what I thought was the expiration. But, as of late, while clutter is still on my account and email going there, its as if they turned the learning off. Can someone confirm. It seems too simple, same technology, just forward to one virtual folder or a real folder.Archiving not Archiving per Settings
My outlook is not archiving emails per settings. I get a message that says all folders are up to date...but that is not true. I didn't realize why my ost file has been growing and growing and growing...and I recently realize i have email from 10 years ago. The folders definitely say archive emails older than 10 months, but it's not happening. I tried using a new file to archive, but nothing is happening. I have an excel file where when I try to pull data from a cell from one sheet to another, I get a major stall. It only happens from one particular sheet to two particular sheets in that order….no other sheets have this delay. Any idea? When trying to opening a saved msg file (an email that I have saved as to a storage location on my network), I get the following error message: Does anyone know a fix for this? I open saved msg files all day long every day, but recently formatted my computer and this problem arose.
