Declarative Agents - Outdated information
Hello and greetings from Portugal! I'm trying to create my agent to gather latest information release dates, build version etc for M365 Apps. As a knowledge source, I'm using the https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdates/ website. My issue is that I'm constantly getting outdated information. For example if I ask for the latest version release for Current Channel I'm always getting: Latest version = "2509 (Build 16827.20130)" Release Date = October 10, 2025 When in fact the latest information I get from the website (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdates/current-channel) is: Latest version = "2510 (Build 19328.20158)" Release Date = October 30 Does anyone get similar results or know what I may be doing wrong? Thanks in advance!Re: Azure AD Joined device, without user is local administrator?
Really really old topic, but may help someone that for some reason stumble upon this thread. This is know possible to achieve by entering Entra ID > All Devices > Devices Settings and changing the option in "Local Administrator Settings".177Views0likes0CommentsUser Risk Policy Migration to Conditional Access - Alerts
Hello all, and greetings from Portugal! I've just migrated my user risk and sign-in risk policies to Conditional Access, but I was wondering if this still allows me to receive alerts (like user risk policy did) about detected users at risk. Tks in advance, Diogo SousaSolvedRe: Multitenant Collaboration - Preview - MFA and other settings
Hello and sorry for the late reply. Let's see if this passes now: For example, now on Entra ID - Authentication Methods activity, I'm getting negative results, for example for the "users capable of Azure multifactor authentication", because I have a total of 500 users, where only 33 are from that tenant. So the other synced users have MFA enabled on their "original tenant". What should I do in the cases?750Views0likes0CommentsMultitenant Collaboration - Preview - MFA and other settings
Hello everyone, and greetings from Portugal! So, I've enabled multitenant collaboration for some companies, and I'm getting a little bit "confused" about what should I do in some of the information I get. For example, now on Entra ID - Authentication Methods activity, I'm getting negative results, for example for the "users capable of Azure multifactor authentication", because I have a total of 500 users, where only 33 are from that tenant. So the other synced users have MFA enabled on their "original tenant". What should I do in the cases? Hello everyone and greetings from Portugal, I'm fairly new to Conditional Access, and I'm trying to create a policy to block access to cloud apps from devices that are not Azure/Entra Joined Devices. For the conditions I'm excluding filtered devices as follows: "Exclude filtered devices from policy" The expression I'm using its: device.trustType -eq "AzureAD" I'm using report-only so I can check what would happen, and I'm getting a lot of failures, including Azure AD joined devices. The failed applications are: Office365 Shell WCSS-Client SharePoint Online Web Client Extensibility Office Online Core SSO It seems something related with how the users access the apps, like using Google Chrome but I can't really understand. Can someone please help me with this? Best Regards, Diogo Sousa1.6KViews0likes2CommentsTicketing System for Clients
Hello everyone and greetings from Portugal! So, I work at a startup that at the moment has a nice number of clients, both in Portugal and in the US. We're feeling the need to have a ticketing system and I was wondering if anyone can give some suggestions. Not a lot of requisites but would be great if it integrates/allows multi-tenant support so users from different oganizations can SSO. And the ability for the system to get user information from Entra ID (like UPN, etc) and associated device (managed by Intune) would be great. And...writing this post I got wondering if I should be looking only for ticketing system or other tool with more features. All my clients are "cloud native", no physical servers, and all devices managed via Intune. Thanks to all in advance!Solved2.5KViews0likes5CommentsHoldings and Subsidiaries - How to manage?
Hello and greetings from Portugal, I'm looking for some advice about how should I manage a client's request. They're changing they're structure in the following way. They're creating an holding and some subsidiaries. How should a manage this, in a way that, although they are different companies, they have a "top company" and they should be able to find themselves in Teams, for example. Thanks in advance! Just for future memory of someone that reads this thread, I believe I was just not thinking right about what I wanted to do. It...simply works, having 2 differente VMs in Hyper-V, going through the OOBE and use the "get-windowsautopilot -online" method. When asked for credentials just point to the tenant you want to register the VM. Thank you all for the help.820Views0likes0Comments
