we have never enabled any AADP1 trial features/subscriptions which is why I am puzzled. I just don't understand how we got those Premium features enabled in the first place. I might open a ticket with one of our service providers. Thank you for your help.6.4KViews0likes5CommentsAzure AD Premium P1 features without AADP1 license assigned
Dear community, I have noticed that our Azure AD tenant overview shows that we are using Azure AD Premium P1. However, we have never purchased Azure AD Premium P1 add-on licenses. We use Office 365 E3 and E1 plans, which do not include AADP1. The premium features work, though. We can use conditional access, which is actually intended only for premium tenants, and we can also add a custom login screen with our company logo for Office sign-ins. We are a bit puzzled about how this could be. We have checked our tenant again, but we have never activated Azure AD Premium P1 for the entire tenant or assigned any licenses that include AADP1. Is there an explanation for this? Has anyone else been affected by this? Of course, we want to ensure that our tenant is correctly licensed and used, and we wonder if we are obliged to purchase AADP1 licenses, even though we have never made any configuration changes to our tenant that would introduce AADP1. Thank you very much and best regards.Teams Premium features unavailable in Teams Client for Mac
Dear Community, I am writing to seek your assistance with an issue I am experiencing with Teams Premium licenses. My organization recently purchased these licenses to explore the new features, and I have assigned premium licenses to myself and two of my colleagues. However, I am unable to access the premium features in my Teams app for Mac, while one of my colleagues can. For example, I am unable to use live video backgrounds, which are available to my colleague. I have already tried clearing my Teams cache on my Mac and signing out, but the premium features are still unavailable. I assigned the license last week and I am still encountering this issue. I would greatly appreciate any help you can provide in resolving this matter. Thank you in advance for your assistance. Hello Askaresh, I have both roles and the license assigend to my account. Are you facing the same issue? My guess it's not a rights issue but a design issue on Microosft's end. I have contacted Microsoft Support twice with no response so far. Could you be so kind and try to access the settings menu for W365 under this link in your tenant(https://endpoint.microsoft.com/?ref=AdminCenter#view/Microsoft_Intune_DeviceSettings/DevicesMenu/~/Cloud%20PC)? Do you see the same banner I do? If not, do you get a different URL for the settings menu and can you please post it below? I think this could be a potential workaround until Microsoft fixes their site. Best regards, Tobias7.3KViews0likes4CommentsRe: Unable to access Windows 365 settings in Endpoint Manager Admin Center
askaresh Thank you for you reply. I am trying to give myself the same permissions. Unfortunately I cannot see the same role groups as you do, they seem to be missing. I have opened Endpoint Manager as Global Administrator. Do you know why these two RBAC Groups are missing? Dear community, I am having an issue accessing the Windows 365 settings in the Endpoint Manager Admin Center. When I follow the guide provided by Microsoft (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-365/enterprise/assign-users-as-local-admin), I am unable to access the menu items due to a blocking banner. I have tried clicking the cross icon on the banner, but it takes me back to the home page (https://endpoint.microsoft.com/?ref=AdminCenter#home). Is anyone else facing this issue? Is there any workaround? I have contacted Microsoft support regarding this issue 2 weeks ago, but I haven't received any answer yet. I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance on how to resolve this issue. Best regards, TobiasSolved7.6KViews0likes12Comments
